Tiny Home Living in Hillbilly Bear

The Hillbilly Bear focuses on larger families and groups by providing more sleeping accommodations. This tiny home floor plan package features upscale interior finishes, high ceilings and recessed lighting in the living area creating a roomy element for you and your guests.

The kitchen includes all of the necessities for making lunch or cooking an extravagant meal. Use the breakfast peninsula for seating or more counter space. Sleeping quarters include the master bedroom with ample storage, a bunk area, and spacious loft that was created for additional lodging. The TV in the loft is only for gaming. Use the ten-foot covered porch to enhance outdoor living during your summer cookout with friends and family.

It took some work getting the right temperature on both units but once we decided on a temp it was great. The coffee table is way to big in my opinion but it all works nonetheless. Highly recommend this place and this tiny home cabin.

The furniture is a little too big for the area so with the coffee table and the table to eat at gives you no walking room to get inside. Also the stove makes it impossible to open one of the drawers in the kitchen. This is the 3rd home we've tried here. No storage area for food as in other homes. Love the bedroom and bunk set-up and location in the park.

As a family of 6, there is more than enough room to spread out and have space. The house is great and had everything we needed. The staff was great as well. Had a great time and loved this tiny house! Wears Valley is our go to place to stay for the easiest way to get to the Foothills Parkway and the back way into Gatlinburg. This is our 2nd stay in this tiny home park and we’ll definitely be staying here again especially since it’s trailer and bike friendly!

Our Stay at the Hillbilly Bear

We loved the tiny home, and we will be staying there again! The area is not too crowded where the home is and the place is awesome! We loved it! We never saw the pool, but did not search too hard due to being active doing things around pigeon forge/gatlinburg!

Cute Cabin

My family had a great time at this adorable cabin. It was clean, and had a perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. The kids loved the option of sleeping in their own little loft, or in the bunks next to our room. It was a a short drive to the parkway in Pigeon Forge, and not too far to the National Park. And, there is a beautiful view.

Cute house.

Be aware that the pool and catch and release pond are quite a way down the road and the creek isn't much. The house itself was clean and had everything we needed.

The Mountain View from the cabin was the best I had ever seen from any other place I had stayed in the Smokies. The area is quiet and everyone was so nice. The ladies in the office was very helpful. Great stay

It was great overall. I wouldn’t recommend using the second queen “bed” in the loft for adults as it’s not comfortable at all, I don’t recall the listing saying the pool wasn’t located on the property originally but I must’ve overlooked that. It wasn’t a far drive it just would’ve been nice to be right there. I do agree with another person that pointed out the dust on the ceiling fan, I know it’s hard to reach but when we turned it on dust did come flying down. Not a deal breaker for me though, I’d highly recommend and stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is very Tiny manufactured home good for single family or family with two kids, not good for 4 adults. It is in a RV parking location, but near to lot of scenic spots to visit. There is very bad smell (some kind of septic tank smell) out doors, we cannot hang out outside the house in the evenings or night, some time we even felt inside the house. Day time all good no smell.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say we LOVED this tiny cabin! There were two things I wish were different. 1. There was a septic smell coming from the bathroom but a plug in took care of that! 2. The water gets hot but not as hot as I like my showers. I put it all the way and never had to turn it down and twice I ran out of hot water taking my shower after waiting an hour and a half after my daughter took hers. And I don’t take long showers. Other than the hot water this was a perfect spot and we really loved it! If it was pet friendly we would consider this for our traditional winter week vacation to PF.
