Imagine sleeping in the woods in this secluded and comfortable BRAND NEW cabin! Soak up some sun on the outdoor decks with gorgeous views of the trees. Soak in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub or play endless games in the Game room or curl up and watch a movie in the large theater room.

Close to everything the Great Smokies has to offer! 13 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 26 minutes to Gatlinburg and 14 minutes to Wears Valley. Grocery store is minutes away!

General:

All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed) unless discussed and exception made prior to booking.
12 people max
We provide a start of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, paper towels and condiments. You may need to buy more.
You will likely see and hear critters
Bears are dangerous, DO NOT FEED THEM
Pets allowed - Extra pet deposit and cleaning fees apply. $450 with Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Weight must be less than 40 pounds for each animal. Pet type/picture must be shared prior to booking. Pet must be crated if left alone in home or taken with guest.
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
The hot tub/indoor pool is for guests 25 and over only. Kids allowed ONLY with SUPERVISION.
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub or Indoor Pool. You are not allowed to use the hot tub/indoor pool if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub/indoor pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!
No late check out or early check in UNLESS arrangements are made with owner.
If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control - We recommend travel insurance
If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 per pet.
You MUST sign rental agreement electronically after booking


Security:

Lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
All overnight guests must be registered with the host Unless prior arrangements are made.
Guests should comply with all posted parking rules / signs.



Hot Tub / Patio Area/ Indoor Pool Area

No glass containers inside the hot tub/indoor pool area or on the porch.
No more than 10 persons on the deck at any time.
No more than 4 persons inside the hot tub at any time.
No children under the age of 10 years old in the hot tub at any time. No unattended children in the hot tub or on the balcony/deck at any time
No children WITHOUT SUPERVISION allowed in Indoor Pool.

Great spot for families

Cabin was very clean and spacious. Beds and baths were very nice and well laid out. Indoor pool was great for the kid on a cold and rainy day.

House was a good size for two families, plenty of things to too. Spot is nice and quiet but only 10 minutes from grocery store.

Family vacation

The accommodations are great for a large group. The king size beds and large bathrooms are a great feature. The deck off the main level was great for relaxing and also eating. The kitchen was well equipped for our group to use. The pool and hot tub added a lot. Access to the community pool was also great. Traveling to the activities in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg was easy. We would book the house again if we traveled to the area.

Amazing Mountain Cabin

This was a perfect house for our family get away! Plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed every bit of it. The indoor pool was a great bonus!

Perfect!

Rented this beautiful cabin for our daughter’s college graduation celebration. This cabin provided a comfortable stay for 3 generations under one roof. Location was perfect, not too far out, just a quick few minute drive to the strip. Game room and in ground pool downstairs provided hours of entertainment, without disturbing the older folks. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely rent again!

Very nice place in a great location

Very nice cabin, the large living room/kitchen was great for our family. The kids hung out downstairs in the game room while the adults cooked/hung out in the kitchen area.. My only issue is the hot tub was left open and full of leaves so we didn't use it.

Great location

We loved this house! There are two bedrooms on the main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. My kids ages 12 and 15 enjoyed the pool and game room downstairs. The house was far away from the city to make you feel like you’re vacationing in the mountains, but close enough to all of the attractions. The roads were not that windy and it was easy to find the house. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this house

10 STAR CABIN!

We have been renting cabins in this area for over 20 yrs. This one has far exceeded any of the others we have stayed at. Super clean! Had all necessities that we needed. Everything worked beautifully. Great location. 20 mins from Gatlinburg, 30 mins from Sevierville. This is the only cabin we will rent from here on out! I would give 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Best Cabin We've Found!

This group of 5 ladies gets together in the mountains every year, and we have for the past 30 years. We have rented many different cabins over the years, but none as nice as this one!! Very clean & spacious!! Everything about renting it was easy!! Great lication!! Convenient to everything!! We will be back!!

Great family fun vacation home

We used the indoor pool (which is actually a large, cool hot tub) but great for “chillin”- the outdoor hot tub, movie room, game room outdoor decks, family space, private spaces & especially the momma bear & 3 baby bears who visited the yard on one day. Ripken Experience

We came from Michigan for the Ripken Experience. This place was exactly what we were looking for. The boys had an amazing time when they weren't on the ball field. No one was bored and it was so relaxing. Would recommend to anyone and for sure would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing!

This cabin is by far the best that we have ever stayed in! We are semi local and stay in the area annually around Christmas time. We have stayed in multiple cabins, resorts, etc. My exact words when we walked through the door were, "We finally got it right with this cabin!" The pool was amazing for the kiddos! They bunk room and game room were also amazing! The adults loved the multiple master suites, the hot tub, and amazing views! We will be booking again! 10/10 recommend!

The Perfect Spot!

The location of the house was absolutely perfect! Enough distance from the strip to offer peace and quiet while still being close enough that it’s not inconvenient to run and grab food or take the kids to do something fun.The host was great to work with and stayed in communication with us throughout. The house was extremely clean and stocked with all of the necessities. The basement was great for the kids to retreat to as they enjoyed the theater area and arcade machine. The pool water was a bit chilly but refreshing after a day at the amusement park and downtown Gatlinburg.We were a family of 4 (2 littles under 5) and traveled with a family of 5 (with 2 teens and a 4 yr old) and the space was MORE than adequate! We will most certainly be returning and will definitely be recommending to other friends and families that plan to travel to the smokies!
