Legacy lodge

Check in was easy. Communication to management was great but unfortunately fulfillment on issues took a while IF they happened. Broken light fixtures in living room, loose plumbing fixtures in bathroom, carpet was dirty/torn and was also a completely different color than in the online advertisement. View is blocked on 2 of the floors by trees on the hillside. Also, futons in listing are not in the house and the futons that are, are single person futons.

Both Dishwasher was leaking flooded the upstairs and into the bedroom downstairs. Bedroom 3 bed was broken. Ceiling fan & light in living room didn’t work. Ice machine was inadequate. 1 of the hot tubs didn’t work. Cobwebs on the porches had to clean in order to sit outTuesday of our stay the main air conditioner went out upstairs
