Secluded Mountain View Cabin w Private Lake Access

This secluded cozy cabin sleeps 4 and is nestled in the hills of Lake Douglas. With mountain views and lake front access, you'll have time to relax, fish, boat and view the mountains from the back porch. 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and 45 minutes from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain Nation Park. There is no shortage of things to do in this area, but while you're back at the cabin, you'll be happy you chose Shady Shore.
The hill to the lake is quite steep. We have a path, however it is challenging. Fireplace is electric.
*The lake water level is low from Sept to March*

Wonderful cabin

The location is amazing with the views of the mountain tops and just the overall beautiful scenery. The cabin was everything you could want from the cozy environment to the home lifestyle. We loved this place so much and can’t wait to go back and stay again sometime.

Relax with stunning views

This beautifully decorated cabin is so peaceful and relaxing and has the most stunning views of the lake as you watch the sunrise and set during your stay. It is well worth the drive up the hill to be there. We will definitely be going back!

Tennessee Getaway

We were looking for a small cabin for just the 4 of us and this was perfect. We were hoping for better fishing but were told by locals it can be hit or miss. The cabin was clean, cozy and organized and the owner was responsive. The kayaks were a nice touch for us to check out the lake. The hike down to the lake was brutal unfortunately we were aware from the pics on the listing. Overall, a great stay! Thank you!

Truly enjoyed our stay, it was lake life week. the property was very nice, clean, easy no frills interaction. I'd recommend staying here. Nothing like spending mornings on the deck, drinking coffee - it's like a commercial for maxwell house.

So worth it!

We went as a late birthday trip and we loved every minute of our stay there. We loved the cabin, so cute and cozy! The house was very clean and we enjoyed being able to come back to a homey feel after our adventures throughout the day. The loft area with the arcade games was a great touch! The view from the kitchen window and deck area is gorgeous! We will book there again when we return!

Love this place!

This cabin is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The sunrise and sunsets can both be enjoyed from the porch while sitting on the comfortable patio furniture. I love the privacy of the property as you really can’t see any neighbors. You can take back roads to all the major attractions and miss the traffic on the parkway as well. I highly recommend staying here! The host is great and cares that you have the best stay. Thank you!!

Cozy Cabin the excellent Holiday Vacation in Sevierville Mountains ..

The Family and I had an amazing holiday vacation. At the Mountains of Sevierville in Cozy Cabin. everything from the cabin to its mountain views were. the family and I shared well needed quality time together. from the hustle and bustle of the fast-paced City Life of Miami, Fl. We also enjoy the just minutes away attractions such as Dollywood, the Island at Pigeon Forge, the Titanic Museum, Anakessta ,Laurel falls trail .were we shared memorable moments.. the Host is amazing easy to contact and accommodating thanks again and till next time ..

Shady Shore Fun

Stayed for a long weekend for a sports tournament. Cabin is super cute and comfy. The twisty roads are a bit challenging once you leave the main route. Worked well as a home base to explore Sevierville and Pigeon Forge during the day and relax at the cabin at night.
