Pool, pool, pool. Largest in-cabin pool! This cabin has a private, indoor heated pool. Its location, location, location! This cabin is located in Black Bear Ridge Resort and easily accessible! It is centrally located and convenient to all area attractions. You are only minutes from Kroger, Starbucks, Pigeon Forge Parkway, the National Park, Dollywood, hiking, dining, shows, restaurants, shopping and shows.

Each Bedroom on Levels 2 - 4 have their own private baths.

Level 5 (top level) is the HUGE living quarters – perfect for kids/teens/young adults
1 bedroom with 2 Queen beds
1 bedroom with a Full over Full bunk bed and 1 Queen bed it has a secret kid hideaway with a sit down arcade game!

Wonderful place to stay

It was our first family vacation in over 20 yrs and our cabin was fantastic! We enjoyed every minute of being there. The pool was wonderful for the whole family and Tari was quick to respond on anything we needed. If you want to stay at a place that you can enjoy and feel like home then book this one! You won’t be sorry you did. Thank you Tari my family loved it.

A wonderful vacation

Family Vacation in the Smokey Mountains

17 of us enjoyed this wonderful house! It was as advertised and equipped with all we needed! We filled our days with all of the local activities between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and then were able to come back to the house and relax for the evening. The kids and adults loved the video games and the pool table was also a big hit. The owner was very responsive to all of my many questions before arriving. i would recommend this house to anyone considering traveling to Pigeon Forge!!

Thanksgiving 2024

The house was exceptionally well fitted for our group of 16 adults and 10 children. The living areas are spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were plenty. I would have preferred 1 large balcony over the small ones off of the bedrooms. Seating for dining is plenty. It really was a great fit for us and Tari (our property manager) was prompt with anything we needed. She is amazing! I will book with her again.

Book It! October Stay! Would Book Again!

Definitely was a very nice cabin. Beds were comfy and clean. Not really hard to find with GPS. Highly recommend a vehicle that can get up go, lol. Overall it was very nice. Just wish the pool was cleaned or cleaned better. Had quite a few bugs in it, if it was recently cleaned. Hot tub was very clean and enjoyable. And, we loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment.I

Family First Birthday

My family and I came together to celebrate my daughter’s First Birthday. This was the PERFECT cabin for all of us. We had more than enough space and didn’t have to leave the cabin to be entertained! We used the movie theatre and pool each day we were there. The kitchen was wonderful, and we were able to all fit at the huge kitchen table to eat as a family. It was a wonderful weekend! We all wished we had the time off of work to stay longer! Would love to come back!

Good time. Nice cabin.

Cabin was nice and clean. Owner's were very easy to work with. My only issue was, I wish I had known beforehand the thermostate is locked. It was pretty hot and humid the time we were there and thermostate will not go below 70. Likewise during the winter it will not go above a certain degree as well. So pack plenty of electric fans if going during the summer months.

Kids/teens loved pool and arcade games. Adults liked hot tub, lots of BR’s with bath en suite, very large kitchen table/ seating; parking for 6 cars, 2 large refrigerators/freezers. Suggested improvements: add railings (a) at 2nd level landing steps to 3rd level; (b) at steps to bathroom in one BR on 2nd level; add clear instructions re connections for tv’s on 3rd level and theater area; one ceiling in upper floor BR did not work ; mentionin write up that community swimming pool is down road on left of Angel chapel.

Great Place for 19 People

We had 8 adults and 11 children ranging from 1-12. The house was a good size to fit all of us. 8 bedrooms let everyone have enough space and the children loved the pool and all the video games. The dining table in the kitchen was an awesome size for group dinners at night. The cabin is located a nice distance from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, hikes, and Dollywood. My only complaint would be I was wishing for a better mountain view. We should have had one but the majority of the balcony views were blocked by trees. Other than that the cabin was amazing.

2025 Annual Smoky Mountain Stay

I give the overall stay 4 out of 5. The hospitality was top notch. The property owner kept in constant communication due to the incoming weather. The cabin was nice and cozy. We traveled with multiple families and children. There were plenty activities to keep them busy throughout our stay.One of the downfalls of the cabin was the noise. The sound traveled through the walls and ceiling/floor pending the room level location. We had multiple infants and kept box fans (were provided by host) running when they were sleeping due to TVs, movement in floor above, etc. . I also forgot to pack towels for the pool leaving the towel situation very tight. The overall stay for this cabin was great and would recommend.

Great layout!

This property is great for a big group. Almost every bedroom has a bathroom in it. We had 20 people and it was very comfortable with no one needing to sleep on a sofa sleeper. The property is nice, but it wasn’t quite as clean as we would like and could use some updating on the furniture and decor. The couches and bed coverings were pretty old. Also, the layout could cause some problems for people with young children since there are so many stairs and no baby gates. We were fine since we only had one 3 year old to keep up with, but it’s something to consider. There could definitely have been some more towels and wash cloths too. We had a water leak issue during our stay, but we alerted the property manager and she was attentive to it. None of our things were damaged. Overall, our trip was great and we were mostly pleased with the house.

Great stay with our family, but several things inconvenient during our stay.

Property manager was great to work with during our stay when several things were down. The motor in HVAC had to be replaced during our stay. Hot tub was out due to a motor being out. Propane for gas grill was empty. Things were replaced, but these inconveniences could have been taken care of before our date of check in. Housekeeping could be checked before guests checking in, but the best cleanliness. Trash was left under beds. Out of any one’s control, there was a fraternity party going on during the weekend of our stay and the noise was out of control. Sevier County deputies did tell us about a noise ordinance and told us to let the property manager know to communicate with other managers close by. Our family enjoyed the amenities inside the cabin and had a great time. Just a few minor inconvenience during our stay.
