Entire Space is yours! The only shared space is the beautiful outdoors. Please enjoy the beautiful mountain views, the outdoor pavilion and fire pit.

You may experience a fly over by our beautiful Canadian Geese that love our pond as well as the rabbits that love to play in our fields. This is a private peaceful family friendly community. Every guest has access to our covered pavilion and fire pit. Whether you stay to your self or join in other guests at the fire pit, you will LOVE the mountain views and the calming sounds of the babbling creek that flows beside your cabin.

The main road coming into the property is paved. All driveways are level and accessible. Every cabin has its own parking.

Pet Policy:
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
-Pet fee applies
-Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture
-Unattended pets must be crated
-Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.

-No parties or events allowed without prior approval.
-Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
The following additional Fees may apply:
-$150 per person per day for exceeding occupancy limits
-$500 for pumping septic due to improper usage

Fabulous cabin, stunning setting

Cabin is nestled in an open area [with several other options nearby]. Cabin was very clean and felt brand new with everything we possibly needed, including a hot tub. Easy access to the uncrowded entrance to the Smoky Mountains and a few good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Cozy Getaway

We had a great time at this cabin. Wears Valley is a cute place close enough to drive to the mountains or into the city and has plenty of stuff to do without leaving. My dogs loved walking to the pond and it was peaceful the whole time. The stairs up to the loft are steep so if anyone has mobility issues be prepared, but solid railing to get up.

Relaxation at its finest

This property is beautiful, clean, spacious, (picture's are spot on) close to everything but tucked away from all the noise & traffic.Taking quite & relaxation to the next level with the flowing creek flowing alongside the cabin to the swings, & the hot tub to enjoy & simply relax.

We enjoyed our stay our only complaint would have been knowing that the only bathroom was downstairs, it was a long trek to potty during the night down steep stairs. Also, had a few issues with the A/C upstairs, we came in after a long day site seeing and the A/C upstairs was off (guessing it was on a timer?!?!)
