Chilly but Beautiful
I received a message the day before checking letting me know the fireplace would not be working. Shortly before we arrived I received a second message saying the heat was not working properly either. I messaged the owner and informed them that the cabin was very cold even with the space heater they provided. I knew it would be getting colder throughout the night so my husband and I went to Walmart to purchase two more space heaters. When we returned the electrician was there working on the furnance and before leaving said it was back in working condition. Needless to say my husband and I planned on returning the heaters. We got into the hot tub while we allowed the heat to warm the place up. When we got out, the cabin seemed to be getting warmer. However in the middle of the night things went south. It’s was extremely cold and we had to open up those heaters after all. In the morning, I had to even open the oven to help warm up the place. We left the cabin to do some shopping, walk around, and escape the chilliness in the cabin. When we returned the space heaters had finally did the trick and the cabin was warm and cozy. We were able to enjoy our last night without being too cold.
