Wonderful

We loved this house. It was the perfect distance away from Pigeon Forge, where we went for all of our adventures. The scenery was beautiful, and we loved sitting on the deck at night.
The home was the perfect size for our family vacation. The Avante staff was very responsive to our needs. The home was very clean upon check-in and kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was that I felt the pool wasn’t cleaned properly.
Very nice cabin in the woods with plenty of room for our large family gathering. Big great room/kitchen, indoor pool was a hit, cant go wrong with a hot tub with a view of the woods/mountains. Dedicated bathroom for each room is a plus. There are quite a few houses under construction in the area, but the noise level is reasonable.
Spacious home with plenty of large bedrooms and terrific outdoor space for dining
We were 11 adults and 6 children under the age of 5.
The second fridge downstairs was a godsend.
Neither of our gas grills nor our only dishwasher were functional - a MAJOR drawback.
Plenty of parking but no lawn for kids to play.
Pool warm once heat was turned on and terrific for families.
The house was beautifully presented upon entering.

Not as expected
Booked for our team while in town for a tournament. It was spacious + clean. Unfortunately, we had a lot of issues. First, the management company we communicated with is not local so when you actually check-in you’re dealing with a different group who are local but know nothing about what was setup.
Issues: 1. The weather called for snow so they advised us 4x4 vehicles 3 days before check in because the road to the house was unpaved. It IS paved but unfortunately a family dropped out because they didn’t have a car.
2. The pool is no accessible from inside the house, which is not clearly stated in the description. You must walk outside and the steps were iced over. Took several attempts to communicate with the manager to get the correct code to get inside. Once we did, we realized the bathroom there was not operating due to frozen line. We paid to have pool heated but never used the pool due to the accessibility. 3. The heat in the house ran all the time yet never got warmer than 62!
4. One room en suite bathroom door would not stay shut no matter what.
5. Dishwasher top rack was broken which made it difficult to use. We ended up handwashing everything.
6. Furniture was flimsy; TV remotes missing, toaster wouldn’t toast; not enough towels for 18.
7. Requested extra mattresses for kids and was told there would be 2 with sheets and bedding available. Found the mats but no bedding. Was told they would bring it Sat due to weather yet we never got any. Do not recommend

The cabin wasn’t very clean. There was a pair of someone’s socks on the pack porch. The beds were hard as a rock, it felt like sleeping on bricks. The pictures online were from a really long time ago. The cabin has a lot of wear and tear on it compared to the pictures listed online.
House was as advertised. Large bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathroom. Game room with pool table and foosball table made for fun evenings. We were fortunate to have bears come by the house several mornings which everyone enjoyed seeing. Many evenings were spent on the large deck enjoying the sunset over the Smoky Mountains. Area has so much to do for all age groups. Would definitely recommend to others. Only negative was cookware had the teflon peeling off into morning breakfast.
This was a great cabin. We had family of all ages and we all had a wonderful experience. We will stay here at this location again. My only downer was the construction next door was a little messy the workers were in our way of parking at times but they kindly moved there work vehicles out of our way.
We had an amazing stay,, the only c9ncerns we had is people kept parking on our property and that cauus a parking issues not knowing who the cars belong to,, dead wasps was in a lot of the spots in the house.. other than that we enjoyed the stay, the house is gorgeous and we will return
Everyone in my group had a good time, the only complaint I had, was the pool table was a little bit cheezy, when you put the ball in the pocket, some of the pockets would fall off, then you would have to stop the game and fix the pocket before the game could continue.
House was great lots of room for our families. Children enjoyed the pool and adults loved the hot tub.Two of the bedrooms do not have closets and we did not know that until our arrival. That was not an issue for us but think it should be included on the house information. The large back porch with rocking chairs was a favorite spot for everyone to hangout.

Nice large Home, not great views
With a new home build next to this home, the Mountain View’s are harder to see. There was lots of room for our large group to spread out, but inside furniture wasn’t comfortable, bedrooms are very large, but unfortunately the 2 King room beds where not to our liking, and were very hard and uncomfortable. Could also use some more pans, we had to get creative cook for out larger group. Over all house was nice, construction noise, and courtesy of construction workers was not.
The house was very clean and there were more than enough of the basic amenities for us to use. The pool area is located in a separate building and can only be accessed from the first floor of the house so that was a little inconvenient. They have a large connect 4 and pool table in the house. There are 2 high chairs and a pack n play. We could not find any extra bedding to use in the house. The location is pretty close to Gatlinburg which was nice. In the kitchen, there is a coffee machine, a blender and a toaster for appliances. A couple large pots can be added given the house is for 18 people. All cups, mugs ane dishes were glass. No plastic stuff to use for kids. We noticed that the kitchen sink was leaking when we used it on the very first day. I used the avantstay app to contact them and they fixed it at our earliest convenient time. Nice service.
