Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay in the cabin. The cabin was super clean and very pretty. The views from the porch are stunning. The kids had a blast in the pool. We loved how the pool had garage doors that opened so you had an indoor/outdoor feel to the space. The rental company was super responsive to any questions that we had. The location was also super convenient to Dollywood (10 minute drive). We stayed with a group of 8 adults and 12 kids and would definitely come again!For planning purposes, the house did not have any hair dryers and shampoo and conditioner were not provided in the bathrooms, so you will want to bring those items.

Big 30 birthday trip

The cabin was awesome, amazing views, cabin was very clean. The internet did go out, but there was a bad storm that knocked it out.

Perfect for our family reunion

Overall, the house was just what we needed for our family reunion over a long weekend. Lots of great activities in the house for the teens especially. And lots of areas to congregate/plenty of seating. Recommend bringing beach towels if you plan to use the pool as there were not any provided. Could also have used more towels/blanket at the house.

Nice cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t like that fireplaces didn’t work and they only had 2 dish towels. But i would stay again! We love the pool and game room

Amazing Trip!

The pictures of this cabin do not do it justice. It was clean, spacious, and truly the best experience. There was so much to do, we never had to leave for 3 full days. The views were amazing. Great place to gather, unwind, and make memories to last a life time!

First Family Vacation

Great experience for our first annual family vacation. The views are amazing. The house was well stocked, clean, and spacious. The owner was super responsive. Highly recommend. Very close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg but once you get to the property, you feel like you're tucked away in the mountains.

Family Celebrations

We booked this beautiful cabin to celebrate our parents. The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We had 23 family members ranging in ages 3months to 70 years old. The drive up to the cabin was an experience as Mapquest had us come in on a single lane dirt mountain road. The cabin had breath taking views and all the accommodations our family needed. If there was a problem, the manger responded quickly and helped in what we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Loved it!

Great property! Way up the mountain with a great view. Lots of space for the 12 people we had. Plenty to do for adults and kids at the property and reasonable driving distance to local attractions.

Christmas in the smokies

The house was truly a great choice with the indoor pool for our grandkids. The house over all was clean except for the floors. If you walked barefooted your feet would be black. The rug in the living room had some pretty big burns in it. Other than that we would recommend the cabin. Thanks for being a part of our Christmas in the smokies 2024.

Beautiful cabin, terrible costumer service

In all my years of VRBO rentals, this is the first negative review I've ever left. So let's start with the positives. The cabin is furnished nicely and has a beautiful view of the neighboring mountain from all three decks. The skeeball machine was a hit with our adult group.

Fall family vacation

We had a great time. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. The only thing we found wrong was the upstairs bedrooms were hot! It was nice and cool in the kitchen/living area but the rooms were way to hot. We found 2 box fans in the master closet. The vents were shut we opened them but it was still warm at night. The grandbabies loved the pool! We celebrated 1 of them turning 4. All in all we loved the cabin.

Cousin Trip

The cabin was great for 12 adults. We had plenty of room. The view of the moutains was amazing. Neighborhood was quiet. Pool was great. Close to the main parkway and grocery store. Loved that there were two refrigerators. We had a blast playing skeeball.

Great Trip! Great Cabin!

The view was a little close to heaven so the drive up the first time was slightly nerve racking, but not terrible after doing it a couple of times. The cabin was dreamy. The washer/dryer is in the bunk room, so just be prepared for that because you will have to bother whomever is in their. Didn't interfere with how lovely and well stocked everything was. Part of the mixer was missing and the owner send a new one the next morning. Great communication, and would definitely stay again!

Family reunion

This trip was amazing we always love going to Gatlinburg. We are all Tennessee natives, but this was a spectacular trip. The home was amazing. It was wonderful views, and a ton of wildlife. The kids love the indoor pool. They swim from sun up to sundown. The property manager, Travis was very easy to reach. We did not have any issues, but he was a very good communicator upon arrival and prior to our departure. We will definitely be returning. May 20-25 Jake E.

Great time but definitely pros and cons

We had an absolute wonderful trip, but the cabin was definitely not great. The living room area is beautiful but the screened in porch many of the screens were all broken. There’s two fireplaces but neither of them work. We spent some time in the hot tub, but the chlorine was very, very strong and a bunch of us got rashes. The Wi-Fi did not work and when I notified the property manager, he did not do anything about it. So we did not have Wi-Fi or any connections for any of the TVs to work so we couldn’t use the theater room or any of the TVs or connect our phones. Skee ball was fun. We loved sitting outside and the view was beautiful but honestly they could do a lot more with the patios and there was lots of trash in the area around the back of the house. The property manager was great at communicating and responding, but nothing was going to be done or fixed until after our departure.

Three generation family trip

Second time we’ve stayed in the mountains. Our host was not very attentive this time and many minor issues were not addressed. Example - toilet seat broken, most windows without screens, movie chairs broke, ripped screen in outdoor living area, etc. nothing that took away from the fun, but did disappoint me. The selling point of this cabin was the garage doors in the pool room that opened onto the deck. Perfect set up for kids who want to swim all day and parents who don’t want to be stuck in a loud steamy pool room! More designs should include this feature. Many times I found kids in the pool and all four of my grown children and their spouses hanging out on the deck outside the pool! We love tennessee, can’t wait to look for the perfect cabin for our next biannual trip!

Great Cabin with Amazing Pool

This was a great rental. Big kitchen, with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Pool/hottub and decks are amazing and all kids and adults both loved them! Nice bath/shower right off the pool. Wifi was spotty and didn't work well. TV on deck didn't work and no response from owner when we asked about it. There was no coupon book sent to us (per the listing) and when we asked we were told to just go to the pigeon forge website. Easy access to Dollywood and main tourism area. But DO NOT access property by the gravel road. It is too steep and not passable unless you have a 4 wheeler. Only go the paved road. GPS will try to take you up the gravel road. Over all great cabin and I would definitely rent it again.

Manager wouldn’t respond back about nothing

I think it was one of the worst days that we’ve ever stayed in a cabin. That was so beautiful and nothing worked there the game room down downstairs none of the games work but one and then the breaker box kept breaking and turning off everything and we found eyelashes in the pool eyelashes in our bed. We had a dirty towel in the kitchen that was folded up. It looked like salsa or something was on it. When we unfolded it is all around was just not satisfied at all, and then I contacted management property manager. He still not contacted me back. This has been two weeks now and I do not suggest that anyone is looking for something with the pool tube for this one. The Jets on the hot tub would not work properly nor was the water hot. It was very light warm that’s about it cannot get it to work at all. Still no one will help us and check out time was 10 o’clock. They were already there to make us leave like at 9:15 was rushed out of there and I was just very displeased for the amount of money I had to pay to stay at this place and still haven’t no response back from the property manager.

Great family cabin

Overall the property was great. Check in and check out process were easy. Little disappointing that the fireplaces did not work as there were still a couple chilly idats where it could have been used and enjoyed. We had a couple issues with the pool howvere Travis arranged for a timely set up for maintenance and the same w!s corrected on the spot. Our family had a blast and would stay again!
