Fake Listing

If I could, this rental would get 0 stars. After booking the rental, I reached out to the host via VRBO to confirm booking due to high demand of the season. The host never respond on VRBO chat. I text the host and finally got a response. The host stated the rental was not available, she just hadn’t had the time to take the house off of listing. She wanted me to cancel the booking because it was an inconvenience for her. I told her she needed to cancel the reservation since it was her fault and I could get a full refund. She never canceled. It is past the reservation date and I am still fighting the host to get a refund.
