Perched on top of a mountain with views as far as the eye can see, this extraordinary 1bed/2bath (second bed is in the loft so not a true bedroom) provides all comforts of home with the charms of rustic Smoky Mtn Living: BBQ Grill, Hottub, SmartTV, Wifi, Brand New Arcade and comfy beds and linens. Close to restaurants and activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only our sister house next door-- rent both for larger groups!

- Fireplace are off from May 1 - 1 October

- 4WD vehicles are recommended from December-April

- Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal, and laundry. If add the items i have above, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on severity

- We have an extra guest fee after the 4th person for $50 per night
