Above the Clouds by Southern Bliss Getaways

Above the Clouds is a 4 bedroom cabin located within minutes of all the action Pigeon Forge has to offer. Cabin is located less than 4 miles from the Parkway and 5 miles from Dollywood, yet it feels like you're away from it all at the top of this resort community. Unwind after a fun-filled day playing and laughing in the game room or relax on the top deck with a porch swing and hot tub looking over the city lights of Pigeon Forge.

The main level consists of the living area, well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area and one of the master bedrooms and bath. Downstairs you will find 2 additional master bedrooms each with private bath. The downstairs bedrooms are connected with a seating area with a desk for any work/school that may be required. The top floor is where you go to play. Power Putt golf arcade game lets everyone compete at Putt Putt golf without leaving the cabin. Also play on the pool table, 60 game retro arcade and darts. Futon in the loft provides extra sleeping for the kids or kids at heart. This floor also has the other master bedroom with a private fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Step out on the top deck and find the porch swing and hot tub looking over Pigeon Forge.

The resort has easy to navigate roads, a pool (during summer season), playground and a picnic area.

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- No Pets
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- We do not offer late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.

- We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Family Vacation!!

This was absolutely the cleanest and nicest cabin ever. Plenty of room and activities for everyone. The rooms are split up perfectly just have your own time. The kids enjoyed themselves so much. The check in and out process is awesome. The host are amazing!!!!

Beautiful 3 Deck Cabin with Spectacular views!

We had a wonderful trip. The cabin is gorgeous, it is self checkin with a code. The hosts are very attentive and respond quickly to text messages. Everything was portrayed accurately on VRBO. Close to Pigeon Forge activities and central to the entire Smokey Mountains area. We highly recommend this Cabin and it’s hosts.

Amazing view

Wonderful chalet with beautiful view of pigeon forge area. Had all amenities needed for comfortable stay, and the game room area was a wonderful bonus for kids of all ages. Nice paved road for easy access and close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved sitting on the decks in the rocking chairs and porch swing, as well as the hot tub, while taking in the beautiful views!

Loving the view

Beautiful cabin outside of Pigeon Forge. It is about a 5 min drive from the bottom to the top of the mtn it’s on. Beautiful views! The only negatives were the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work, the hot tub jets barely worked and a slow drain in the main floor bathroom sink. Which none of that ruined our vacation. Would stay again!

Great property with no complaints! View is amazing and the cabin/community is super convenient to town. I feel confident it’s the best view for the distance to town if that matters to you. Hosts were super attentive and very easy to communicate with!

As advertised

Great location! The views are amazing, each level has their own balcony. The game room was a huge hit, we were there more than the main floor. The main bedroom has a really nice fireplace. The 2 fireplaces are on a timer you can set for up to 60 minutes but the bedroom fireplace kept as warm even going into the 20s at night. The location puts you within a few minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. The week of Christmas is understandably congested but it wasn't too bad. The kitchen has everything you need outside of food and drink, including a coffee pot and a Keurig. We did use the charcoal grill the last night and it worked great even in 35 degree temps.

Great views, could use some maintenance

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The views and location are wonderful. The space in the house worked for family. The fireplaces weren’t working properly, so the owner sent a handyman out to fix the one in the living room while we were there, which we appreciated. He was unable to fix the fireplace in the primary bedroom though, so that was a bummer. The house could definitely use some routine maintenance (sliding glass shower doors in basement bathroom don’t function properly, basement carpet is badly stained, fireplace issues) and the owner may want to consider a new cleaning company as many of the dishes were visibly dirty (lipstick left on several coffee mugs, crusted food left on pans and silverware, etc.).

Sunsets over Tennessee

This is a great property that has the best views in the Smoky Mountains. The sunsets are amazing! We were very happy with this property since it provided plenty of space to hang out together but provided the space if someone wanted quiet time to read a good book.

Excellent location

The cabin is close to many attractions. We visited Dollywood, ziplining and white water rafting. All within a short distance. You also get to see the fireworks every night from Dollywood.

Annual Family Vacation

BOOK THIS CABIN!! You will not be disappointed. The cabin was perfect for our annual family vacay. We loved that every bedroom has a private full bathroom. We also really enjoyed the firework and drone show that Dollywood does every night right off the balcony. The view is unmatched, you simply wont find a better view. The cabin was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked most meals and were pleasantly surprised at how stocked it was. Another bonus... they leave plenty of trash bags, toliet paper, paper towels, and bath towels. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with our family!

Beautiful and clean home!

It was perfect for our small group! My family of 4 had the whole updstairs and we had room to bring a blow up bed for my daughter! My aunt and grandmother had the downstairs for their own which gave them a chance to have some time alone after spending all day with my children! It was very clean and well kept. We did have an issue with google taking us to the wrong house with the same house number just different street but the hosts immediately responded and we got to thr correct house! It had a beautiful view and the hot tube was nice to sit in after the days spent exploring! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Wish I could Give 5, but.....

Picked this property due mainly to the View, and Hot tub/jet tub in Master.Night of arrival, My wife and I slept on the Top (3rd floor), which had the Hot tub and the Jet Tub in Bathroom. Family took the other floors. We were very excited to sit and relax in the Hot Tub, feel the jets and enjoy the view. However the Jets barely worked, and if i could rate their strength, I would say 1/10. The Hot Tub was definitely dated, and did not seem to increase in Temperature. So, that excitement was met with very quickly with disappointment. It was already 2 am, so my wife and I went to bed. I personally did not sleep a wink, because the Hot Tub made such a load electric buzzing sound, I could not fall asleep. My wife was able to bare it, but not I. So I started our respite come the following day being up now for well over 30 hours, and it greatly affected my energy levels for our day of Fun.That night we came home hoping to experience the Jetted tub, but nope, Jets in the tub did not work...I did however get a great nights sleep because I swapped rooms with my brother, on the bottom floor.So due to my above issues I cannot give a 5 star. BUT if they fix those issues I would come back in a heartbeat as the Rest of the home and amenities were 5/5.

Owner was quick to respond to every message - cabin was clean and inviting/cozy and equipped with all the necessities! We were so happy to call it home for a few days with our whole family. Will stay again!!
