Welcome to luxury mountain living at Elk Ridge, a stunning new cabin located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. This thoughtfully designed retreat blends upscale comfort with modern mountain style, creating the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and unwind.

Step inside to a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances, a large dining table, and additional bar seating—ideal for gathering after a day of exploring. The main level opens into a spacious living area featuring plush furnishings, a cozy fireplace, a large Smart TV, and oversized windows that frame the mountain scenery like artwork. Two primary suites are located on this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find four more beautifully appointed bedrooms, including three additional primary suites and a cozy bunk room —perfect for kids or extra guests.

The lower level is all about fun and relaxation. Enjoy a game room with a pool table, then settle into the cozy movie area with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. This level also provides direct access to the indoor heated pool for year-round enjoyment, along with a conveniently located bathroom.

The second master bedroom includes an attached full bathroom with a double vanity, tile shower, and separate soaker tub.
* Bedrooms #3, #4 & #5 (Upper Level): Revel in luxury with additional spacious bedrooms featuring king-sized beds, large windows, and a range of premium amenities.
* Bedroom #6 (Upper Level): Welcome to the Bunk Room! This spacious bedroom is the perfect spot for a kids/teen room. It also comes with a large TV, storage space, and an attached full bathroom.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owners closets.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* Any guest violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* The indoor pool temperature will be set between 82-84 degrees.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
There is a strict no smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks, and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the driveway. Any guests violating this rule will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
