  • New luxury cabin completed in November 2022 in a gated community. Over 3000 square feet with a uniquely designed cave-like saltwater indoor pool. This house easily sleeps 12. High quality king beds in all bedrooms. Enjoy the queen over queen bunkbed with a pull-out couch in the loft. Tesla charger provided for guests to use.
    Luxury cabin with high quality fit and finish! You won't be disappointed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or grill during your stay. Game room with multiple arcades. You won't want to miss movie night in the stereo surround movie theater. Plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out to enjoy a relaxing vacation. There are board games provided for family fun night! Relax in the hot tub with the serene quiet mountain air and mountain views or kick back around the gas outdoor fire pit. All bedrooms have their own full size bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on basement level for easy pool access! Perfect location with central access to attractions including Dollywood! Only minutes to all the Pigeon Forge attractions and the Smoky Mountains. Parking is not a problem! Flat surface for parking without slopes and easily can park 5 vehicles. We had a wonderful time at The Grotto! There were 9 of us between two families. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, arcade, everything. We also had two great sunsets on the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was just as advertised. Seemed more like someone’s personal home than a VRBO rental. Saw several small bears also from the patio making it a great experience for our kids. Would definitely stay here again. Very private as well

There were 10 of us that stayed here. One of our family members is battling cancer so this was a great family retreat! Kids especially loved the game room, grotto, and hot tub! The views were incredible!!

Amy was an excellent host as she dealt with issues in a timely manner. The cabin was beautiful with breathtaking views . Our family had the most wonderful time. The kids loved the arcade room and theatre areas. The pool alarm was one of the issues and continued to go off thus limiting our use to a minimum of 2 times . Thus disappointing. The home and the view were absolutely gorgeous. The kids (well, all of us really!) had a blast in the arcade, movie theater, and pool. We were a quick drive from the sites and attractions we wanted to see. Amy was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had an issue. We actually had an issue with our car on arrival and she helped point us to resources multiple times. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Beautiful cabin, great location, amenities were amazing. No need to leave with so much to do in the cabin itself. Our grandchildren LOVED the pool, game room, and theatre room ( honestly we adults did too). Amy was a WONDERFUL host. The only thing I would change is a LONGER stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Grotto cabin! The kids were never bored! So much for them to do. The pool was absolutely epic! The house is huge with plenty of room for the 12 of us who stayed there. We’re already trying to plan another trip back there :)

This house is incredible! Well stocked, very clean, and our kids loved all of the amenities. The road to get to the house is quite steep and winding but that is to be expected in the mountains.
