Welcome to Appalachian Songbird, a privately owned & managed log cabin in Sevierville, Tennessee, in the foothills of Tennessee's Smoky Mountains. As owners of this charming & cozy two-story log cabin, we greatly appreciate the 11 to 13 million visitors who share in our beloved Smoky Mountains region. We want to do our part to make your visit here delightful and memorable by providing you with great lodging!

We personally know what a joy it is to arrive at one's vacation destination to find that our booked lodging is attractive, comfortable, reasonably priced, well-located and meticulously clean and well-cared for. We believe that you will find all of this when you arrive at Appalachian Songbird! Our goal is to have guests who choose to return to our cabin every year.

Appalachian Songbird has a main floor guest suite with king-sized bed and adjoining bathroom with tub/shower combo, and separate access to the back screened-in porch. The second floor guest suite is accessed by a unique winding staircase. It also has a king-sized bed and adjoining bathroom with jetted tub. Both bedrooms are equipped with XFinity Cable.

In the combo den/kitchen area there is an additional TV. Adjacent to this area there is a door that goes out onto the large screened in back deck area. You may rock away the hours reading, drinking a cup of coffee in the early morning & enjoy listening to the birds sing! There’s also a picnic table on the deck.

Appalachian Songbird is located in Echota, a log cabin resort with entry from Winfield Dunn Parkway (a.k.a. Smoky Mountains Parkway and State Highway 66), the primary thoroughfare for visitors arriving via Interstate 40. Echota is located about 1/4-mile and on the opposite side of the Parkway from the impressive Sevierville Events Center. It is a also about two miles north of Sevierville's central business district and three miles from Pigeon Forge.

David is an active Tennessee-licensed real estate broker. As a licensee, David is required and hereby does disclose that he has personal interest in renting this cabin. As a prospective renter of Appalachian Songbird, you acknowledge and agree that by making a rental reservation and/or signing the rental agreement provided, you are providing written consent to David's continued involvement in the rental transaction.
