“My Happy Place” is a beautiful country cabin in the Wears Valley area. Sitting on old farm country in the middle of rolling hills this cabin has views all the way around.
This 1-bedroom 1-bath makes a perfect honeymoon getaway or a business traveler's retreat. Enjoy the tranquility the Smoky Mountains offer as you sit on your private deck and watch the sunset over the mountains. Entering this open concept living, dining and kitchen, you'll have all the essentials of home. With a Double reclining loveseat and a recliner in front of the large flat screen Tv. The dining table has the space for a romantic dinner together or a work meeting along with the fully equipped kitchen ready for all your meal prep. There is also a desk in the back of the living room to catch up on emails anytime you need.
Down the hall you find the King bedroom designed for all your comfort. This spacious room is beautifully decorated with a King size Log bed, Log dressers and an additional desk plus a large screen tv. Just outside the king Bedroom in the hall is the Laundry Room and the Bathroom with a custom walk-in shower.
The front deck is the perfect place to step out with your morning coffee and watch the morning colors dance through the mountains. The side deck leads you to the yard where you can enjoy a fire in the wood burning fire pit and relax next to a nature stream that runs through the property. The Charcoal grill is also in this part of the yard for your convenience.
Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge you can enjoy all the attractions the area has to offer such as Dollywood, Dolly's Stampede, and Beyond the Lens. Also, you are only a short 10-minute drive from the backdoor entrance of the Smokies where you will find areas such as Cades Cove and Metcalf Bottoms practically in your backyard.

Perfect little getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at "My Happy Place"! The location was easy to get to compared to other cabins we have stayed at in the Smoky's. It was very clean and so cute inside. We will definitely remember this cabin in the future!

Amazing place to stay!

From great communication to amazing property. My fiance loved staying here for my birthday weekend. The cabin is beautiful, clean and everything we hoped for and more. The televisions, bed, electric fireplace, bathroom, and updated systems such as the automatic bathroom light and remotes for fans were awesome!

Perfect get away for a couple!

We needed a place to stay during the bronco celebration in Townsend. One priority is parking since we trailer our Bronco to TN. This home provided adequate parking space for loading and unloading. Most importantly is a perfect quiet home away from home location.

Very clean, bright, quiet...Perfect! I'm buying the property! LOL!

We enjoyed this place very much. I want to purchase the property but I doubt it is for sale. Only thing I could think of as an improvement is maybe adding a large bath tub. There is a nice roomy shower in the bathroom though. We loved it! I'm jealous of the owner. Great couples get away. Nice property, one of the best cabins we have stayed at over the many years.

Home was extremely clean and attractively decorated. Very comfortable. The location was easy to access, quiet, and convenient to the parkway. Home did not have a blow dryer (or at least I could find) which was an inconvenience. But other than that minor thing, everything else was extremely nice and easy process.

Good location in Wears Valley. HAD ONLY TWO DRYING TOWELS. They told me to let the towels dry and use them again (this is not an option) we went and bought our own towels. Other than the towel problem, the shower water pressure must be low or needs a new shower head. The house was almost like new, high ceilings, with a little carport to pull your car under.

My happy place

Wonderful stay in my first VRBO. As you drive up through the mountains and make your last turn before your destination, you don’t know that you will actually find your happy place. The place greats you like a start with the front lights. The surprise inside is that is all modern with great vibes. It’s all label to what you need and what to do in case of emergency or Justin case you have questions. The place makes you so happy that you don’t wish to leave and just book more days.

Nice little cabin. Good location not to crazy with back roads. The only thing I didn't like was being told what needed to be done before checking out. They got there cleaning fee but we were asked to take the trash out ,start the dishwasher (no dishwasher so had to wash by hand) and put all towels in a pile. I don't care to pick up after my self but what was the cleaning fee for.

50th Birthday Weekend Getaway

This house was so perfect for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect! You’re close enough to Pigeon Forge but far enough away that you can enjoy the quiet. There’s a cute little stream beside the house that is so relaxing. We sat out by the fire pit and enjoyed the sound of nature. The house itself is so adorable and cozy. I fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. Check in/out was a breeze. This was the absolute perfect quick trip. We will definitely stay here again!!
