Just minutes from Pigeon Forge and close by Gatlinburg, newly remodeled Mountain Manor Top 4 bedroom, 4 bath cabin has one of the most breath taking views of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin has tons of amenities to enjoy with friends and family including, a huge outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, a gas fire pit. This serene private cabin also boasts a huge amount of household amenities for a calm and relaxing stay.

Mountain Manor is the perfect retreat to relax with jaw dropping unobstructed views of Mt Leconte and the Smokies!

Enjoy the large heated private pool, Hotub and BBQ. Or dine and lounge outdoors next to the stars. And take pictures of the views to create memories for years to come.

Inside the cabin you will find a fully equipped kitchen with blenders, Keurig and drip coffee machines, griddles, and all the appliances to make your meals with.

You will also find family board games, books, foosball as well as high speed wifi and direct TV with sports in the living room.

Each bedroom comes with its own panoramic views of the trees and mountain right out the the window. Wake up to ever changing colors of the smokies. All the rooms also comes equip with 4k direct TV with the sports channels.

Our Cabin is only for responsible guest who will respect and not damage the cabin. Guest booking must be 21 years or older. No Pets. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks allowed.
Winter months pool will not be in service (October-March)

Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance.


Entire cabin except for one small locked owner's closet.

Cabin is located on 44 acres of privacy, and access is through maintained gravel roads.

Vehicles: It only snows usually once or twice a year and melts away a day after. Normal vehicles can make the drive up no issue. Highly recommend 4x4's if it snows, bad weather, or unfamiliar with mountain roads.

*Water is gold, our water is limited in these woods as we are on our own well system. Please do not waste water or you will run out. Please make sure all water sources are turned off when not in use.

-Please note that this cabin is a natural secluded forest area where there are bugs, insects, critters, bears and other animals. Unfortunately with a cabin in the woods these factors will be in play.

We do have a pest control company that routinely treats the property. We ask that you please be mindful and clean up any food outside that attracts these animals. Please remember to close all windows and doors to prevent the bugs and critters from coming in. We also recommend bringing bug spray and wearing a light jacket at night if outside.

We loved the views!

Beautiful place. Rooms were perfect and spacious, beds were clean and soft, the road up to the Cabin is a little sketchy but nothing to crazy. The views are amazing in the morning and overall super peaceful

Great view!

This property has an amazing view! We enjoyed the privacy and large porch looking at the mountains. The bedrooms were big. The kitchen had tons of space for everybody to gather for meals. The distance to Dollywood and other activities was very convenient. We enjoyed the pizzeria and distillery close by.

Long Holiday Weekend

This property was great for a long weekend with multiple family members. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The deck and view are amazing. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was nice for avoiding some of the traffic on the parkway as you could easily get to Teaster and some of the back roads. Would stay again.

Great view and location

The house was just as expected. The view of the mountains is amazing. The location felt secluded and peaceful but only a few minutes from the heart of pigeon forge. I would stay here again. Plenty of space in all the rooms/closets and outdoor areas for people and things. Loved that all the rooms had their own bathrooms. My only suggestion would be a couple cozier couches or a sectional for gathering in the living room.

Perfect views

The host was easy to communicate with and responded to any questions quickly. The house has beautiful views of the mountains. It is a short drive to Dollywood food and fun for all. The location is perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Baking sheets everything you need. The internet was a great connection for all 8 guest with smart TVs throughout the home. We would definitely book this home again.

Great stay!

Owner was incredible with communicating- very responsive to our problems. At arrival we noticed that the pool was very cloudy and dirty, and she immediately messaged back that she is having a technician come handle it. It was clear by the end of our stay. The views were amazing. It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Just beware of the drive up to the cabin- the driveway/road is gravel and has large divets in some areas that our lower cars had trouble getting around (our Jeep had no issue at all). Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Mountain Beauty

The view from the home is beautiful. Wonderful waking up every morning to the sunrise in the mountains. Even the rainy nights were pretty to watch the lightening over the mountains. The home is conveniently located to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Cades Cove is not far away. The host is wonderful! The home has everything we needed for a comfortable stay including pool towels. We highly recommend staying here. The driveway does have some big ruts from the rains, there was a gentleman with a tractor who leveled it out a couple times.

Great location!

This place was just as described online. It's about 10 minutes from The Island in Pigeon Forge. But 2 minutes of that is the driveway getting to and from the property, but we had no issue with it. It was nice being secluded and yet so close to everything that we wanted to do. The heater in the pool was not working, but the property manager let me know ahead of time. The kids only got in one day anyway, so it was no big deal. I would definitely stay here again, there was plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and 3 kids.

House on the Mountain

The house worked well for us. It could use some updates. The oven needs to be calibrated, more than two kitchen towels and and more than two hand towels in the downstairs bathroom would have nice. For 11 people it wasn’t enough. The pool was wonderful and we did see a mama bear and her 3 cubs close to the house!

Lovely Week

Property was as presented in the listing. Yes, there’s a steep, gravel road (as the other reviews have indicated), but no problems even for two-wheel drive vehicles. Great views from the large, back porch. Communication was excellent and timely and check-in was smooth. Bedrooms are spacious, each with their own bathrooms which was ideal for our group. Beds were comfortable, but after a day of moonshine tastings, we would have slept fine on the floor ;-) We appreciated the rustic decor and simplicity of the house while still having all the amenities we needed. Wifi was spot on at all times. Plenty of seating around the pool for larger groups as well. Thanks for hosting us!!

Family reunion

The property was very nice. We were having a family get together so it was big enough for us all to spend time together as well as have our own space. Due to the weather we were unable to use the pool it was not clean but that is not the fault of the owners. If you do rent the property make sure that you have a vehicle that has high ground clearance as the road is very rough and steep. We had a lot of rain while we were there and places in the road were washed out. But other than that we had a great time. Thanks to the owners

Family Vacation

Due to a big rain storm. The pool chemical had to be adjusted to safe levels. This caused us to lose a full day of no use. I was compensated for this inconvenience. The road up to the house is gravel and not just any vehicle can get up this road. Absolutely no low riding vehicle will make this climb. The house had enough room and the view was beautiful. It was a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to go to.

Amazing view

The view was amazing the driveway was a little rough. The cleanliness of the cabin wasn't the best. It definitely needs to be cleaned a lot better it's a very nice cabin it's just not getting clean properly The location and The view is amazing you're only a couple minutes away from pigeon forge the worst part of the roads is the driveway the rest of the travel to pigeon forge is a blacktop road The Host was very prompt at answering my questions and getting back to me with a solution the pool wasn't ready when we first got there it had just been treated on the day of our arrival but we did get to swim in it over the weekend overall I would stay again.

Great vacation home

Our stay was wonderful! The host was great to work with. The house has everything you could need. They are generous with toiletries. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. It was beautiful, clean, and just as described. The pool needed some maintenance. It was very dirty but the host was quick to send someone over to take care of it. The hot tub is wonderful. If you are not from the area beware the drive way. It is steep gravel and very hard to make it up. It was scary at first but by the end of the week it got much easier. The location is close to town so you can grab a bite to eat and head back to paradise. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

Great View

The property is great and the pictures are super accurate. Very quiet and peaceful, everything worked well, and the property people were super easy to communicate with. Only a couple minor things to note - if you have a large group, there is plenty of kitchen equipement, except silverware. So maybe grab some disposables. Also, the driveway is rough. It's a mud/gravel mountain road and barely 1 car width wide in a couple spots with a lot of ruts. Most cars should be fine, but just know ahead of time in case you have a problem with this type of road.

BEAUTIFUL Property!!

My first time using VRBO. I was looking for a property that was private, quiet, had 2 big beds in 2 of the bedrooms (for my sons and their families with young kids), a private bathroom with BATHTUB (also for the little kids) for each bedroom with an extremely beautiful view. And lots of room for everyone. Huge kitchen with EVERYTHING you would ever need for cooking/baking/grilling. The front porch and the hot tub deck were amazing. The ONLY thing I would change is I would stay after April 1, so that we could use the pool. Even though the pool was ready for use (according to the crew that opened up the pool), the Host said we absolutely couldn't use the pool. We thought she (Gisele) was pretty militant about use of the pool, seeing our stay was only days away from April 1, it was in the mid 70's on Saturday and we paid a good chunk of money to stay at this property. Other than that, it was a family memory that will last forever. We LOVED our stay.

Gorgeous views with a beautiful home.

Gisele is amazing. Always very prompt with answering questions. The place is clean and roomy. If there was an issue, Gisele was on top of it ASAP. Is this place perfect? No. But it is darn close. To be perfectly honest, the road (Mountain Folks Way) is a bit rough. That is not the owner's fault, it just is. If you have a sports car, don't rent this place. We rented a minivan, and it was fine, but do not stop on your way up this road, and I do mean UP. The road is not paved, it is a gravel road. 4-wheel or All-Wheel drive is your best bet. Especially something that sits a little higher than a car. There are some things about the house that could use a little TLC. There are two microwaves, and one did not work. But we aren't once to use microwaves much, so it wasn't an issue. The house and grounds are very clean and tidy. And the view. The view is spectacular. Something you only see in paintings. The place is not far from grocery stores and other major attractions, like Dollywood. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away. In my opinion, it a nice place to stay to rest and relax with the tranquility of nature and still close enough to town for those who are a bit more adventurous.
