**Staying Connected-
Cell service can be limited in the mountains, but high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin for streaming, video calls, messaging, and remote work.


**Mountain Driving-
The cabin is located on a paved mountain road. The final 1,000 feet of the drive are steep, which is common for mountain cabins. During winter weather, all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended.

**Bear Country-
One of the joys of visiting the Smokies is experiencing its incredible wildlife.
Bears occasionally roam through the area. Please never feed or approach wildlife. For everyone's safety, place all trash inside the provided bear-resistant enclosure and keep doors closed to help keep wildlife where it belongs—in nature.

**House Rules-
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin
No pets
Primary guest must be at least 21 years old
Maximum of 3 vehicles
No glass in or around the hot tub
The cabin is on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine hygiene products.


**Good to Know-
The cabin uses private well water that is professionally filtered and purified by Aqua Clear. It is safe and great-tasting to drink.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
Starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels are included for your arrival.

A Ring security camera monitors only the parking area and front stairs. There are no interior cameras and no cameras facing the hot tub.
