Family friendly, beautiful 2 story cabin in the beautiful Wears Valley Area. Mountain Memories is the perfect place to unwind and spend time with friends and family. Our spacious and cozy cabin sleeps 10 and is a great place to enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. The location cannot be beat, being only 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and only 15 minutes to Townsend. Both places have a ton to offer, whether you are either the outdoorsy type or love all the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Wide paved roads leading all the way to cabin, no gravel.

Walk through the front door to the wide-open floor plan that leads to the fully stocked kitchen with walk-in pantry. Cuddle up in the large living room by the fireplace and enjoy your favorite show on our 75-inch smart TV. Next, step outside on the large, covered patio where you can enjoy the outdoor fireplace, watch your favorite team play on the 50-inch smart TV, and grill up whatever your heart desires on a new Weber gas grill. On each side of the Living room, take your pick from 2 master suites each with king size log beds and large bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers. Make yourself at home in these rooms with walk-in closets so you don't feel like you're living out of your suitcase.

Take a trip downstairs and let the entertainment begin! Try your luck at a game of pool while watching your favorite sports team. Then take a left into the massive media room, equipped with an 86-inch TV, JBL sound system, shuffleboard, BossToss, GoldenTee, and a fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. No boredom here! After a long day, step out on the lower patio and enjoy a soak in the hot tub. When it's time to go to sleep, take your pick from 4 over-sized bunks or the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and adjustable base. The downstairs bathroom has a jetted tub with shower and is right across the hall.

In the summer, our guests enjoy free access to a beautiful seasonal community pool (Olympic size pool and Kiddie pool) at Honeysuckle Meadows (Open May to October) or enjoy their catch and release pond (NO license required), which is located just off Wears Valley Rd and Happy Hollow Rd, 2.2 miles from the cabin. We are 4 very active 62 to 67 year old adults, who have stayed in several VRBO cabins. This cabin is the "pinnacle" of all others! Great fun with the gaming equipment and spa. Just an incredible experience! We are only 4; but, this cabin can easily / comfortably accomodate 10. If you're wanting to do a cabin in the Great Smokey Mtns. and don't rent this one, then you've rented 2nd or 3rd best I'm positive (and I speak from experience). You will ABSOLUTELY enjoy your stay in this cabin!!

Great Spring Break

Spring break in the Smokie’s!

Large group of 8 adults had a lovely stay at this beautiful cabin! Very easy and FAST communication with the hosts, immediate resolution to a small repair that needed to be taken care of. Cabin was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for everyone, conveniently located, and BEAUTIFUL!!!

Family getaway worth doing again!!

Perfect house for a family of 5 to a family of 10 or more. House was well stocked, clean, neat, and beautiful. Could not ask for a better host or nicer home. Will definitely become a place we visit every year.

Great for families

We have stayed at several different vacation rentals in the Townsend/Wears Valley and this was by far our favorite yet. It's especially great if you have small children due to the extra amenities (baby gate, pack and play, etc). We definitely plan to return!

Peaceful property

Great house and location! We utilized the main deck with the tv and fireplace the most. Hot tub was very refreshing and the nice quiet location was just what we all needed.

Great family getaway

The whole family loved staying here. The house was clean, in good condition, and comfortable. The listing is a great representation of what you'll find. The hosts were friendly and responsive when we had questions. The kids were asking when we could stay there again before we had left!

We had a great week at the cabin. Everything was super clean and so pretty! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Tons of entertainment for teenagers including pool table and a large tv in entertainment room. Would certainly book again!

Great Cabin

The cabin was exactly as described. It was nice arriving to a very clean and well stocked cabin. There was even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. There are no other cabins close by, so if you are wanting some privacy this place is perfect.

Perfect Place

Traveling with older teenagers can be tricky. This was the perfect location for our group. The boys loved all of the outdoor activities in the area. They also enjoyed having a whole floor to themselves, and the mom's enjoyed that as well! :)

Friends trip for Jeep Invasion

Nice house with lots of space. We were very comfortable during our stay there. Would be a great place for a family because they have lots of beds, board games, pool table, etc. The mattresses were good and we did appreciate the couple extra blankets at night because some people like the A/c lower than others.We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Mountain Family Vacation

My family recently stayed at Mountain Memories. We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The deck and hot tub were greatly appreciated. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were even lucky enough to spot a black bear when we arrived and from the deck one morning. Daniel was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this cabin and stay here again!

The cabin was everything! The ride to the cabin was the scariest thing, but it was a beautiful view & definitely the mountain experience we wanted! We had no phone service unless connected to WiFi. Very private area. Definitely enjoyed the peace and nature environment

The Perfect Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our group of 3 couples and a single. So much room! Very clean & modern. The furniture was comfy and the bedrooms were spacious yet cozy. Everything was just as the pictures show. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a few dinners. The host was very responsive to our questions both before and during our week long stay. Perfect location, beautiful sunrises on the mountain yet close enough to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg for exploring.

Family Easter holiday

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Such a beautiful home that had everything we needed to have a wonderful Easter holiday together. The 2 tiered porch with the hot tub got lots of use, as the views were stunning. Couches and beds were comfy. My favorite spot was the big family table. Such wonderful memories created around that table. Truly blessed to have been able to share this time in your home. Thank you again!

Wonderful cabin with excellent customer service and super clean and well maintained! The bear warnings are definitely appreciated as we saw a momma and her 3 cubs and momma tried to open my husband truck door. We of course took the owners warning and locked doors and no food in vehicle. But they are smart as momma bear still tried!!!!!

Best Keller Vacation Yet

We loved your cabin! We loved the location and that we were the only cabin in the area. We had bear visitors 3 mornings that we actually witnessed. I am sure a bear visited everyday because they kept knocking over the bear proof trash dispenser. The beds were so comfortable and the kids loved the bunks. We loved waking up and sitting on the deck in the mornings before heading out for the day. Thank You again for the hospitality and I hope to return soon. I made you a little gift that I left on the counter.
