The space
This is a recently renovated, Appalachian style log cabin just a few minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. It includes a hot tub, foosball table, arcade game, mountain views from many different areas of the cabin, and the most peaceful wrap-around porch. The updates include leathered granite countertops, soft close cabinets, and LVP flooring throughout the entire cabin; plus a newly updated shower in the upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft, open to downstairs and big windows to watch the sunrise over the mountains! *Longer range mountain views can sometimes be affected by the haze common to the Smoky Mountains.*

Guest access:
Private uphill, semi-steep driveway shared with only one cabin next door. A 2 wheel drive car will get you here just fine. 2 flat parking spaces available directly in front of cabin. The day before your arrival, we will message you with check-in details. No face-to-face meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

**We provide a starter kit including**
• 1 paper towel roll
• 1 dish washing liquid
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 3 trash can liners per kitchen trash can
• 1 trash can liner for each outside trash can
• 1 trash can liner for each bathroom trash can
• 2 toilet papers for each bathroom
• 2 bars of soap for each bathroom
• 1 kitchen towel and cloth set
• 2 body bars of soap per bathroom
• Bath linens (quantity based on sleep occupancy and include makeup cloths, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and hot tub towels.)
(All starter pack items are individually wrapped)
• 1 per bathroom, individual shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent can be added
• 4 k-cups or regular coffee is depending on cleaners availability.

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 6 Humans Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- No Pets
- We provide a starter kit of 4 toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towels rolls, one sponge, dish and hand soap, and garbage bags. You may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Stay away from the bears, they are dangerous
- We do not send maintenance or cleaners to the property during your stay. Only after you depart unless agreed upon by guests and host.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- Pack N Play: We do not provide linens for the pack n play. Please bring your own linens if you plan to use it. If you use the pack n play, please leave it OPEN after leaving so the cleaners know to clean and sanitize it before the next guest.

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and grilling items are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 and you will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
