Outdoor lovers can hike scenic trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or try ziplining and rafting adventures. After a full day of family fun, return to your private mountain retreat to relax in the hot tub, roast marshmallows by the firepit, or challenge each other to games of pool, air hockey, and arcade fun in the game room. Before You Arrive
We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.
* Brand New Community in Pigeon Forge, so GPS may not be able to identify the location. Kindly follow instructions on your welcome letter
* Although we love pets, this is not a pet friendly cabin.
* Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.
* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.
*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
* We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
