Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full access to all resort amenities, and a ramp at the front door ensures easy entry to the property and resort office. Please note that the basement is currently not accessible.
The Neighborhood:
Little Mountain Resort is a first-class resort located in the Wears Valley area. The resort offers a seasonal heated pool, three hiking trails, putt-putt, par-3 golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and fishing. Fishing equipment and sports balls are provided at the office for FREE!

Other Things to Note:
At the resort, the roads are paved and wind through hilly terrain with a couple of steep areas. In snowy or icy conditions, it's strongly advised to use a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains.
No pets are allowed. If you are caught with a pet of any kind in the cabin, there will be a $500 charge, and you will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS.
