We loved the cabin. It was a great location and very clean and as advertised. The only issue we had was the master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable and we did not sleep that well because of it. The frame is fine, but it needs a much more comfortable mattress.
Great stay, perfect mountain cabin, had everything we wanted. The management company sent out pretty basic amenity and cabin details which didn’t necessarily match. The cabin has high speed Internet and Wi-Fi password on the router. The cabin has a gas fireplace and gas grill outside. The email sent out mentions it doesn’t include firewood or charcoal, which you do not need either as they are gas. It’s a steep climb to the cabin but was not as bad as some of the reviews made it out to be, but is more comfortable during daylight for sure. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Beware of driveway
Some pros: the views are good (tho we were there in Feb so no leaves on the trees) •enjoyed the deck and the hot tub was great! •Check in & communications with host was good.Cons: the driveway is NOT for the faint of heart! STEEP & not much room. We were glad we didn't take my husband's truck!! •The cabin is tired! Needs updates. •Not the cleanest. •Not well supplied for food prep if you plan to cook meals.•One toilet doesn't flush good• Only 2 of the 4 tvs worked •Furniture not the most comfortable For ourselves we wouldn't plan to stay again. However we made the best of things & still enjoyed our time there!Cons:
This property is absolutely breathtaking! We loved it from the moment we walked in. We did the virtual check-in option so it was easy to head straight for the cabin! My boys absolutely loved the hot tub! I would stay here again!

Cabin was great, very nice and comfortable beds!
The only downside is the drive to it (which I wasn't concerned about and was disclosed in the cabins information) however; pulling up into the driveway was a disappointing suprise. It is STEEP and would not recommend for anyone who can't walk without holding onto something, or small children. I was able to park on a flat area beside the deck, but had to let my passenger out close to the steps, as the incline was immediate, then I pulled forward. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE A MUST! I will look for a cabin with more solid flat ground for unloading next time. This could be dangerous if you have knee or back issues. Would have moved to other cabin but everything was booked. I would also recommend not driving to it at night the first time...very intimidating not being able to see over the hood of my vehicle, felt just like going up on a roller coaster!
My husband and I brought my in-laws as part of my father-in laws Father’s Day gift. It was special for them because it had been 40 years since they had been to the pigeon forge/gatlinburg area.
They were very impressed with the property, but we all noticed that it could’ve used better up-keeping around the property as there were a lot of cobwebs. Which made it kind of creepy and hard to walk around comfortably. But overall, we all enjoyed it.

Wonderful but needs some TLC
Our family had a fantastic time . However the cleaning company needs to take pride in the cleaning job they do . Vents dirty, furniture needs to dusted and floors need to be cleaned. Windows need to be cleaned inside and out.
Property is beautiful. Very nicely decorated. Needs new mattress on sleeper bed
