Hakuna Matata Chateaux is a private log cabin located on a heavily wooded lot in a secluded subdivision in Wears Valley just 2 miles from all the action in Pigeon Forge, TN. Tastefully decorated 2BR / 2 BA cabin with wrap around porch on 3 sides. Cabin features a large hot tub on back deck, an indoor Jacuzzi, flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms with cable, free Wi-Fi, phone, gas log fireplace, gas grill, several rocking chairs and a pick-nik table on deck for enjoying quiet time with family and friends. Just minutes from Dollywood amusement park, Splash Country water park, Ober Gatlinburg Ski resort, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and numerous other local attractions. Perfect getaway!!!!
This place is very well equipped if you enjoy cooking. It was very clean and comfortable. We were close to the main parkway. I would highly recommend this cabin especially if you want peace and quiet. It isn't side by side with any other cabin either. We will be booking again

Relaxation, peace and quiet
This cabin has everything you could ask for and more. We always sleep with a fan on, however when we go away, most places don't have a fan. The owners of this cabin did. This may not seem like much to some, but it was a great gesture and made sleeping even better. What I loved most was how quiet the area was and the privacy. Sitting on the deck, in the rocking chair and drinking coffee, enjoying the peace and quiet without someone next door staring you down or making noise was prefect. As for the driveway, yes, it is steep. Much more than I thought. As the days went on, I got used to it. If it concerns you too much, park at the top and walk down. But do consider staying. The owners are very responsive also. My daughter and I hope to stay again when we visit next. Thank you for sharing your cabin.

Beautiful cabin in the hills. Heavily wooded and private. Hot tub on deck was relaxing after going on hikes and to the theme parks. We enjoyed playing pool on our rain day too.

When you first drive into Sevierville/Pigeon Forge all you see is chaos and you can’t wait to get off the main strip. This cabin gives you the perfect balance of access and escape. It’s literally minutes away from everything and yet peacefully removed from it all. It’s very inviting and homey with a secluded wrap around deck and hot tub you’ll want to use every night. More than enough essentials are supplied and the host is excellent. Thank you for a great experience!

Pet Friendly?
The property was gorgeous and I left there feeling like I had a new lease on life. So calming, peaceful and beautiful. The only problem was that although described as pet friendly, there was no place to take the dogs out without having to drive. Taking them out at night was a bit iffy because of our fear (realized or unrealized) of bears. There was one small spot where they could do their business. A bit more light outside at night would have made us feel safer! All in all, I loved it and can picture going back again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Comfy cabin in great location
Our family enjoyed staying at the cabin during Spring Break. Being pet-friendly was a wonderful feature so our family dog could join the trip. This cabin was the perfect size and we all enjoyed the wrap-around deck and hot tub. We were disappointed by the hiccup at check-in when we arrived after 4 PM to find the house hadn't been cleaned. This caused us to lose a day of using the hot tub because it was too cold to get in until the following day. Suggest calling ahead before checking in. Everything else was very good and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Location in Peaceful Surroundings
A beautiful cozy cabin in peaceful surroundings. We wanted a relatively remote feeling with good access to local amenities and this is definitely that. Our aim was to relax as much as possible, hike and fish. This location is great for all of those things. The hot tub allows for a lot of relaxation 'at home' too. If you are also looking for local tourist attractions, they are also near by however you would not feel that way in the peaceful woods. It is a very well presented cabin. Well equipped to cook and eat in. Well located to eat out and have family fun. We stayed a week and did not want to leave! We would stay there again.

Perfect Cabin in Pigeon Forge
This cabin was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing after busy days in Pigeon Forge. Check in/out was a breeze. Very close to everything too which was great!
