Girls getaway

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at the cabin and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. The host was very friendly and was very easy to deal with. Property was clean and the cabin was perfect for the two of us. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect cabin in the Smoky Mountains

Perfect little cabin, close to Gatlinburg and the National Park as well as Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. The deck is fantastic but our favorite spot was the fire pit down by the waterfall. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable.

Amazing scenery

The waterfall and creek on the property os beautiful. The cabin is perfect for a couple and the view from the living room is incredible too. The bed is very comfortable and so are the rockers on the porch. The host communicates well and the cabin was very clean. We loved our stay and will go back!

Beautiful Property!

The cabin was top notch and so were the amenities. We made great use of the deck, the gas fire pit table and the hot tub. It was a very peaceful setting and the drive into town was not too long. It was a great place to return to after being around crowds all day.

Magical Mill Branch Falls

We have never had such an amazing get-away! The falls are everything at this property. The amenities were just the cherry on top. We have never felt so removed and able to relax like we did here. We can’t wait to come back! This will be our forever get-away!

Beautiful romantic getaway!

This cabin and the beautiful mini falls are amazing and SOoOo relaxing, especially chilling in the jacuzzi and listening to the sounds of streaming water!! And the goats they had roaming around, were so cute & cool to see! We will cherish our memories of this place forever. Everything was very clean, cozy, and the owners were very communicative. It was everything we could have wanted and more. Would highly recommend.

Heaven on earth!

This made our third stay at this cabin. We love the location and the waterfall is so peaceful and beautiful. The owner is excellent to work with. Great communication. He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

A hidden gem

I absolutely loved everything about this little gem, the waterfall view is amazing, and the sounds of nature while sitting on the porch drinking my coffee was just what i needed. The hot tub in the evening was heaven and the fireplace afterwards added to my relaxation. I drove 13 hours to get there and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you for sharing this with me.

Perfect Getaway

My friends and I had the best time at this cozy cabin! It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed. Everything about the cabin was homey and comfortable. Sitting on the deck overlooking the waterfall was very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. One of my friends who went with us ahead booked a stay in July! The hosts were amazing and easy to get in touch with!

Love this property. I can’t tell you how darling it is. You have to see in person. All the sounds of nature. The babbling Brook. The bed is super comfy. We loved it. We will be back next year

Great Vacay!

This property was perfect for our family of four. Wonderful ambiance with the stream and falls tucked back in the woods. Well situated but not too close to town. Only issues were the internet and the clothes drier, but since we for media that was no big deal. On e we figured out the closet door needed to be open to dry clothes faster it was fine. We would certainly stay here again

The Most Magical Adventure!!

This was the most beautiful short-term rental my partner and I have ever been able to stay. Austin and the family were extremely accommodating on the stay, and the cabin was pure bliss. From the gorgeous scenery of the flowing creek with breathtaking, CGI-looking moss to the gorgeous and cozy inside of the cabin, this was such a magical experience. The hot-tub, grill, and massive king size bed were some of our favorite amenities on this trip. Additionally, the proximity of the cabin to activities in Gatlinburg and Sevierville was another plus. Thank you for a cozy, luxurious, and amazingly comfortable stay. If you want a clean, safe location, this is definitely the stop for you! If you want a place where you are sad to leave, this is the place for you! If you want a break from life, this is the place for you! Whatever you could possibly want, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!! We are already planning our trip back, so try to book it up before we do!

Disappointed

Booked this property for the ambiance of the stream.It was spectacular. That being said, we decided to check out the tv when we got there to be sure we could catch the channels for a few ballgames.No such luck!! The TV was obviously set up for streaming and could not get local channels even though it was hooked up to Direct TV. The owner tried to work with us through text, but it wouldn't work, so he said he had another cabin down the street that we could move into. I told him no, because the reason we had rented this cabin was because of the ambiance. The TV wasn't a deal breaker. BUT, went to get into the shower a couple of hours later and no hot water.It was going to be 25 degrees the next 2 nights.Contacted the owner and no response.THIS was a deal breaker. Waited until the next morning, thinking Austin would be contact us1st thing in the morning, but didn't hear from him. Texted him and he said that since we were not satisfied, that we were to vacate the premises by the next morning and the cleaners would be by that day. In other words, he was kicking us to the curb instead of coming to check on us and see what the problem with the hot water was. He obviously didn't have time for us. He did refund our money, but if he can't look after his property, he should not be a Premier Host. I guess the icing on the cake, was on VRBO the reason for booting us out was we had broken house rules.The only thing broken was the hot water. If you stay bring your own pots & washcloths.

Wonderful cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cabin. There is ample space inside and out. My kids loved having their own space to sleep and hang out as well as the hot tub. I loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer! We loved enjoying our morning coffee by the falls and watching the wildlife and starting the day off less hectic from "regular" life! If we are even in the area we would stay here again in a heart beat. You will not regret staying at this cabin.

In a word; beyond exceptions! (ok so that is two words).Quite, relaxing, well equipped, enjoyable.My wife & I prefer this place when we visit the Smokies.The best recommendation is the question, would you stay here again? Our answer: In a heartbeat!For us, No place is better.
