My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary celebration trip. Our trip was cut short due to an emergency back home but the comfort and cleanliness of this property made our short stay very enjoyable.
The cabin was perfect for my husband’s and I anniversary. The screened in porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee. We will definitely return to this cabin in the future.
This is a great little hideaway for 2 to get away from all the cares of the world.Private & secluded. We had a great time.Good communication with the host. Looking forward to staying again.Recommend.
I have stayed in many properties in this particular area. I have never had a problem. This stay was not what I hoped for.
I am a professional person on a business and pleasure trip. When we arrived we found the cabin. It looked average and as usual looked clean. Inside we found a dirty pan in the cabinet and immediately knew we must wash all the dishes we used.
The cabin had an ultra small hot tub but that was okay since I didn’t plan to use it on this trip but be aware it was small and looked cheap. No Seats
The cabin had a big jetted tub. It had a window over it. It and lights in the bedroom from all lighted electronics mad it hard to sleep the bed was not very good.
The outside area Could have been nice but there was little to no seating except a weird cheap looking bar with high top chairs.
My biggest issue was the host he had no concern for his guests. He said he wants to help but is not willing to accommodate a reasonable request.
The washer dryer was broke and was on the description he said. I found it but it wasn’t obvious. His email said it was available and even said Tide pods would be provided, which was a contradiction of the listing.
Long story short we booked a week stay and was given two bath towels and were told that’s it. No offer to swap out clean towels. We were told that was against the rules. I have never had another host who just seemed to not care. I’ll never stay with this host again nor would I recommend you stay with them.

Communication with owner was almost immediate if we had questions! Nice cozy comfortable cabin, that is close to town, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet!
The property manager kept in contact throughout our stay, and the listing was accurate for the cabin. Jacuzzi tub was a blessing after a day full of outdoor adventures.
I would definitely recommend this property and property owner if you are looking for a cozy getaway. The cabin makes you feel at home instantly when you walk in. Everything worked well and we had no issues during our stay. It was very clean and accommodating. There was great communication on the couple questions we had. There is plenty of restaurants and activities near by.
We had an excellent experience with renting this property. This was our first time using VRBO and we had no issues with communication with Jason. The property was as described and although we didn’t stay long it was so nice to come back to a place after a long day that felt like home, not just a room.
We had an amazing time in this cabin!
Everything clean and super new, we even opened some kitchen items and used the toaster for the first time.
Both hot tubes are nice, but, surprisingly, the inside one was my favorite.
They decorated every spot and you can see the attention with the details.
The communication was great and fast. They made a guide with excellent recommendations… I even printed it and took it with us for the trip.
Definitely, we recommend this cabin and can’t wait to go back!
Owners were very patient. We tried the lock without watching the video and ended up using the key. The owners answered my communications within a few minutes every time. Thought I lost the key on day 2 so we had to watch the video. Found it a day later. We really felt like we were supported for our whole visit. Location is quiet but very close to restaurants and stores.
Kitchen is very nice and has everything necessary. Two coffee pot options 😁. TVs were super! I recommend this cabin for a lovely, quiet stay.
Excellent Cabin Nestled in the Woods, Perfect for Couples!
This small cabin was the perfect escape from big city life for me. The balcony deck provides a beautiful lookout into the Great Smoky wilderness. The interior amenities are modern and up to date, including the two huge 58" TVs in the living room and bedroom. Both the outdoor and indoor hot tubs provided romantic set pieces, although I prefer the outdoor one to get closer with the surrounding nature. The whole-home AC made every room comfortable to be in, which is crucial after a long, hot day of outdoor activities. Justin, the property owner, was always accommodating through messages and was able to address a few minor concerns throughout our week-long stay. His professionalism, availability, and wealth of useful knowledge of the area made our trip one to remember. I would personally rent this property again should I find myself visiting the Great Smokies in the future with my partner.
