Cozy bear
We had a great stay. We usually go to Tennessee three to four times a year and have stayed at many locations. This cabin was similar to others. The only complaint is that the hot tub did not work which is why we chose it. We did not make it in the hot tub the first day and the second day we noticed it was not working and we only stayed two days. We contacted the property which tried to have us fix the problem which did not work. It was disappointing but I would hope they would fix it if we stayed longer.
We traveled with 6 adults/children, and 2 dogs. Cabin was clean and everything was as expected. The downstairs area is almost like its own little apartment, minus a kitchen. It worked well for our 2 families to each have their own area of the house. Plenty of space for us all. If I had to be picky about something, in the “yard” area, there really wasn’t any grass for the dogs to go to the bathroom. I couldn’t really tell that from the listing photos. But the dogs got over that pretty quick and did their business in the weeds/dirt area. But I appreciate so much that it was a dog friendly listing. Host was friendly and pretty quick to respond to messages. The area was nice and quiet. Huge bonus, we had a momma bear and 3 cubs hang out for a while right on the side of the cabin! Kept our distance, but such a cool experience to have! Overall we were pretty satisfied. Thank you!
This rental was perfection. From renting the property to the stay to checking out everything was easy and as advertised and comfortable. Prior to booking I had submitted an inquiry online about their pet policy and had an answer back within hours. Booking was easy and I even called the office after with a question and got help immediately that was friendly and efficient. Checkin was a breeze and communicated well beforehand. The house itself was clean with plenty of amenities. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. We were able to use the washer and dryer which worked well and the bed was comfortable. If I had to pick one thing to dig them on is the shower has some damage to it that hasn’t had the best repair job but doesn’t effect the usage at all and really to point it out is splitting hairs. The drive in is easy and you have a nice hillside spot with a lovely porch for outside meals and sitting. Grab you a wine from one of the local wineries and bring it back to enjoy in the peace and quiet of the mountain. If my fiancé and I come back to the area we will stay here again. Our dogs enjoyed the home as well and had plenty of nice roads to do walkies and a small side yard for potty times in the middle of the night. Prior to our stay I had inquired on the pet policy as we have 4 larger sized dogs (2 labs and 2 boxers). This was the only property that was understanding of the difficulty of traveling with dogs and willing to consider allowing them. So I’m forever a fan.

Had to cancel because of condition of cabin. Company did cancel and refund money but was stressful as was Christmas trip and had to find new place while on the way to cabin
Stopped here for one night with my wife, in-laws and sister-in-law. Perfect amount of space for two couples and one two singles. Serene backdrop on the screened porch. We also had fun using the arcade and karaoke. Wish we could have stayed longer!
We had a Very nice stay. Clean and Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids really enjoyed the Hot tub and Mini arcade. The location was good, close to Pigeon Forge and Anakeesta and Ober Gatlinburg were only 20 to 30 min depending on Traffic. Definitely a great place to stay.
Thank you
Could not use the wonderful fireplace lack of instruction for use. Bummer.

Only problems we had while staying
No water pressure. Water smells horrible. Hot tub worked sometimes. Game system doesn’t work and asked the manager about it but no response. Only tv you can watch is Roku tv in living room unless you have Hulu account or Netflix same for down stairs tv and bed room. Stairs are a pain with luggage and kids.

Some problems
The weeds were obstructing us coming in and out off the porch. The hot tub barely sprayed because of calcium build up. The bed upstairs had stains on both sides of the sheets. There were some sort of bugs in the jacuzzi by the time we left. Hot water in shower was not very long lasting. While my husband showered upstairs. 8 found out the water was leaking into the downstairs closet. There was a pair of dirty underwear left in the closet. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The seal was coming off the bottom of the door, and I kept tripping on it. The doorway into the full bath had nails sticking up out of it, and I put the stained and dirty welcome mat over it so I would stop stepping on it. It seemed like there was water damage on the living room wall. There was a broken coffee table by the bed that my husband kept tripping on. There was a wadded up blanket in the closet. The ironing board wouldn’t stay up. The table was sticky and had crumbs on it. The driveway is a really sharp turn, but it is the mountains. If I could upload the pictures I took, I would. There is an observation deck that is falling apart. Instead of tearing it down, it just has a no trespassing sign on it. There were weeds in the driveway with two stone lions. Perhaps the lions were supposed to be in the jungle. The downstairs half bath never stopped running. My husband said he could hear water in the walls when he showered in the downstairs bathroom.
The house was great. Located up windy roads in a very quiet area. We didn't see any neighbors and only saw two cars pass by the house the whole time we were there. Close enough to the action of the main strip, but in a peaceful area to relax. The house is big enough for two families to feel like they have their own space. The hot tub outside on the porch and jet tub in the upper master bathroom were great for the family. There is a somewhat fenced area off the back off the front porch that was great for our dogs to be turned loose and go potty. There is no back or front yard to speak of, so that was helpful for the pets. The road to the cabin has a couple strong inclines that I assume would be challenging in snow or ice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, cups, and tupperware. The game machine downstairs works great (the power switch is right by where the power cord enters the device). Water pressure was fine but the water did have a boiled egg smell. We knew to expect it from other mountain rentals we have had. It's not harmful and you don't leave the shower smelling like it. The front porch looks directly at the hill/road leading to the cabin and there is a small porch with swing on the back of the cabin, but trees obscure any view to be had. It's not a great place for mountain views. No cable or satellite TV, but the Roku boxes are there if you want to stream. The wifi worked well and was fast enough for work and streaming. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to the area soon.
The cabin was nice and fit our party of seven comfortably. We were a little thrown off by the sulfur water smell and could not fill the jacuzzi tub in the master suite enough for the Jets to turn on without the water turning too cold. The beds were really comfortable and The cabin was well-kept. One downside was the little bit of grass that there was, was not cut and it was difficult to take our dog out to the bathroom as there really isn’t much area to do so in the area that was either overgrown or had no grass at all. there was also no fenced in area and a bear had already gotten trapped in the cabin prior to us getting there and ripping some of the screens leaving the screened in porch hot tub area more vulnerable so we definitely had to stay on high alert when taking the dogs out for restroom. The property manager and host were both very responsive. I would recommend this cabin
