You'll have full access to the entire cabin! You will get a personalized door code before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys



The Neighborhood:

On a paved road and accessible in the snow with flat, level parking. Cabin is located off of a main road providing convenience, but you may encounter some traffic getting in and out.



Centrally located to amazing attractions, but still secluded in its own creek-side getaway.



Parkway about 5 minutes away

Downtown Gatlinburg is 12 minutes away

Gatlinburg Golf is 4 minutes away

Dolly Parton's Stampede 2.8 miles

Getting Around:

Highly recommend driving yourself to get around, there are plenty of activities around the main parkway and in Gatlinburg! Uber/Lyft are also an option and can pick up from the cabin!

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods & trash can liners. 🌟 Think of these amenities as a “starter kit”, we HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra towels/blankets/soap/shampoo/salt/pepper/cooking spray etc 🌟



🐻 ENTRY:

There is an electronic keypad located at the front door past the front porch screen door, which we will send a personalized door code. The code is changed after every guest. Check in anytime after 4pm/ Check out is 10am ET. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late additional fees may incur.



🐻 PARKING:

There is a large driveway & carport which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Cabin is located off of a main road providing convenience, but you will encounter some traffic getting in and out.



🐻 THE DRIVE:

Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the cabin!



🐻 INTERNET/CABLE:

The cabin has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire cabin + Cable tv with over 200 premiere channels and smart apps, Watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, etc.



🐻 LAUNDRY:

Washer, dryer & iron available



🐻 HOT TUB:

Outdoor hot tub on the back deck for privacy



🐻 GAME ROOM:

Located in the basement (separate entrance). Pool table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, couch, bathroom & TV



🐻 BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and two Futons in the game room. The Cabin can accommodate up to 10 people.



🐻 KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Coffee Machine



🐻 SECURITY:

Security cameras are located outside at the front, side, and back of the cabin for your security. NO cameras inside the property



🐻 NO SMOKING:

Absolutely No Smoking indoors



🐻 FIRES:

Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages



🐻 REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters
