Our spacious and cozy cabin comfortably sleeps 8 adults/kids. There are 3 Private bedrooms with total of 6 beds. 4th Bedroom is Open loft area with full size memory foam bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Smoker Holler Getaway is a great place to enjoy family time while enjoying the beauty of the Smokies and our beautiful cabin. The location of our Smoker Holler Getaway cabin is incredible! Situated directly between Pigeon Forge and Townsend, in beautiful Wears Valley, just 5 miles from Townsend Center and 10 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, red light #3, a short drive to all activities the Smoky Mountains has to offer. A family favorite for it's great location, easy access any time of year with no steep roads, large basement game room and a large family friendly yard, on dead end cul-de-sac that's great for kids to ride their bikes.

Enter into the cabin's open concept spacious main floor with a fully equipped large kitchen that overlooks the dining and family room, 4 seat breakfast bar, 6 seat dining room table, and a highchair for the little one. The cozy family room has a 50" Roku Streaming TV w/DVD and a selection of movies, CD/FM/AM Bluetooth stereo, free High Speed WIFI, and cozy blankets to snuggle up on the couch by the fireplace. The spacious, private master suite is located down the hall from the family room, with cozy plush top king bed, 2 large closets, 42" Roku Streaming TV, and a private, spacious in-suite bathroom with tiled surround tub/shower combo and double vanity. Laundry room/half bath combo is located across the hall from the master suite, with large capacity HE washer and dryer.

Upstairs features two spacious bedrooms with plush top queen beds, 42" Roku Streaming TV, large closets and a shared cathedral ceiling bathroom with tiled surround tub/shower combo. The loft overlooking the family room has a Full Memory Foam Bed, a twin over twin bunk bed for the kiddos, and a game table with a wide selection of board games & card games for your family's entertainment.

The Large basement Theater/Game room is a big hit for family fun time, complete with ping pong, foosball, electronic basketball, magnetic darts, pub tables, sofa, 50" Roku Streaming TV, DVD Player, Bluetooth CD/FM/AM stereo and a half bath.

Walk out to the large family friendly courtyard from the game room to enjoy a game of horseshoes, make s'mores around the outdoor fire pit, cook a family meal on the charcoal grill, or relax in the hot tub, all while enjoying nature, wild turkeys, horses in the neighboring pasture behind Harper Brothers, the babbling creek and the beautiful mountain views. If you're lucky & you're quiet, one of our black bears might just mosey through the yard. Or just enjoy the nature around you while having your morning coffee or family meal on one of the three porches.

In the summer, our guests enjoy free access to a beautiful seasonal community pool (Olympic size pool & Kiddie Pool) at Honeysuckle Meadows (open May to October) or enjoy their catch and release pond (NO license required but bring your own fishing poles), which is located just off Wears Valley Rd and Happy Hollow Rd, less than a mile from the cabin. Enjoy easy access to the cabin, no mountain roads, all paved, with a private horseshoe driveway and plenty of room for parking cars and trailers. There are several mom and pop restaurants and grocery stores close to our cabin so you don't have to go far when you have had a busy day.

Outdoor security camera is utilized at the front entrance only of the cabin for the safety of our guests and security of the cabin.

Set BOTH thermostats to either 60 (Heat in Winter) OR 80 (AC/ in Summer)
Turn Hot Tub temp back to 80, turn off waterfall, turn off hot tub lights, cover & strap. (Hot tub jets will continue to run to cycle the water on a regular basis, this is normal)
If you find anything broken or not working, please inform Jerry & Beth
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A Perfect Spot!

This house was outstanding on all fronts! We loved its close proximity to a back national park entrance as well as its beautiful views! It was clean and fully stocked with everything that we could possibly have needed. Beth and Jerry were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The games both inside and outside were a big highlight for our group! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful place

Great space to relax and enjoy a view. The hosts were great communicators and responded quickly. Cleanest place I’ve stayed in around Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. I have this in mind for future trips.

Nice Cabin

The cabin was very clean and nice. The location was perfect…no steep driveway, easy to park! The hosts met us there and made sure we had everything we needed. Game room was very large and had great options. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Cabin!

The cabin was very clean and owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. It is very well stocked with anything you may need! The basement area is great for kids. The fire pit area is wonderful and the yard is perfect for kids to run around and play! We will definitely be back!

Special Thanksgiving and Birthday Week

Our stay was perfect. The cabin is very clean and well maintained. The owners are very nice and greeted us when we arrived. It was very helpful to have them explain things to us. It was also very helpful to have a well stocked kitchen. Welcome snacks were also a very nice touch. The game room and backyard are very spacious especially when entertaining the kids. Located on a quiet street with some restaurants near by. We hope to stay again.

Wears Valley is the best

This is our 4th stay in one of the Smoker cabins. We love them both and look forward to trying out the third one that is new to the neighborhood. Beth and Jerry are great to work with and always very attentive to our needs. The cabins are perfect in every way. We could not ask for better accommodations. You will not be disappointed in any way. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have a great visit. We plan to go back again next year.

Thanksgiving stay

We come back every year to visit this cabin! It is our comfort away from home. The property is immaculate with every special detail. Beth and Jerry are 5 star hosts. We cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience it is to stay in one of their properties and we have stayed with dozens of VRBO hosts. Highly recommend them!

Home Away From Home

Perfect for our family of five plus room for more! Jerry and Beth had everything stocked from toilet paper to laundry soap and even had a few cold beers left in the fridge from previous renters. The cabin was very clean and felt like we were right at home. The kids enjoyed the loft area and basement entertainment. We would definitely book again!

Spectacular Rental for Your Next Vacation!

Highly recommend this house for your next vacation! The house and amenities were excellent and the hosts Jerry and Beth were amazing. All four of our kids, ranging in age from 10 to 18, throughly enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and campfires at night. The house is located a short distance from the Smokey Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There are also plenty of fun things to do in Wears Valley. Our family had the best vacation in a beautiful location. Can't say enough good things about our stay!

Wow!

Incredible house, amenities and location! Beth and Jerry have thought of everything and then some - from the cabin design to the vase of fresh lilacs that greeted our arrival. The stairs leading upstairs are wide so carrying luggage up is a breeze. The master bathroom is incredible and all of the bedrooms are good sized. The kitchen has everything one could want.

Much needed vacation.

This was a much needed family vacation. The stay was amazing, it started with a warm welcome and a familiarization of the property and surroundings. The owners home was very attractive and accommodating to all our family needs. We were able to contact them if any issues came up. There weren't any issues. We look forward to being able to return there and create more amazing family memories. Thank you Jerry and Beth for the hospitality and opportunity for a great experience. Wonderful Cabin!!!

We had such a nice stay at this cabin!!! Jerry and Beth are wonderful hosts!!! The cabin is spotless, organized, and extremely cozy!!! If you need anything at any time the hosts are available and its clear they want you to have a wonderful stay! The cabin is in such a great location. Its quiet with beautiful views but also very close to all the fun things to do!!! The cabin is stocked with so many useful items! My kids loved finding different games, puzzles, and books. We had a relaxing time enjoying the community pool one afternoon and we also enjoyed our lunch there! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of cozy blankets throughout the house. We hope to be back soon!!!

Lovely stay in Wears Valley

My family has stayed in 6-7 homes in Wears Valley and this home was by far the cleanest and most well appointed. Our party had 8 - 4 adults and 4 children (5-13). The kids enjoyed the game room downstairs. Things that set this rental apart: - easily accessible from the main road. No precipitous mountain roads. - home has an actual yard. We really enjoyed the firepit. - well stocked kitchen - extra clean - tastefully decorated I’d definitely stay here again.

Smoker Holler Getaway

This cabin was perfect for our family! It was very clean and organized. The owners met with us at check in and stayed in touch by text throughout the visit. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They made us informed of several events happening in the area and answered any questions we had. They were very personable and down to Earth. Everything we needed was already there for us. The cabin location was on the outskirts of town, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city, and only a short drive to restaurants and stores. We would definitely recommend staying here!
