Our brand new cabin was custom designed and built with luxury and quality in mind. It truly stands apart in the sea of endless cookie cutter cabins in the Smokies. We worked with an award winning CUSTOM HOME BUILDER from outside the area to deliver a mountain home experience that is second to none!

With a gunite, lighted INDOOR POOL, Enclosed Sauna, Multi-Tiered Movie Theater, Arcade Room, Hot Tub, Outdoor Fire Pit, and Dual-Sided Gas Fireplace…you’ll have to find reasons to leave this LUXURY MOUNTAIN OASIS.

Let the kids enjoy the 12'x14' INDOOR POOL on the first floor while the adults sit outside in the 4-person HOT TUB or relax on the Adirondack chairs. The large flat area next to the hot tub is perfect for enjoying a game of CORN HOLE or MEGA JENGA! There's a SAUNA right next to the pool because...well...this is vacation!

Next to the pool area we have our GAME ROOM with Table Tennis, a 60+ game BARREL ARCADE, MS PAC-MAN, NBA JAM and even the new TMNT ARCADE Game! Across the hallway is the multi-tiered INDOOR MOVIE THEATER with an 84" HDTV. The Theater Room has 150+ Channels of DISH TV, a Blu-Ray/DVD Player, and STREAMING capability. We have also put in a high end KLIPSCH SOUNDBAR w/SUBWOOFER!

All of our Bedrooms have BRAND NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES, new pillows, luxurious sheets and SMART TVs so that everyone can find their personal place of escape!

Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything from wine glasses to waffle makers and everything in between! We love preparing food in our family and wanted to ensure our guests had every available opportunity to make world class meals in our kitchen!

On The Rocks sits just west of Pigeon Forge in the THUNDER MOUNTAIN area...a new community filled with multi-million dollar cabins! It's PERFECTLY LOCATED only a 15 minute drive from downtown Pigeon Forge but up the mountain far enough to offer COMPLETE PRIVACY. No scary mountain roads!!

What makes staying with us different? You will be interacting DIRECTLY WITH US during your entire stay. We are not a large property management company. We are a family dedicated to providing you with unmatched customer service! Any and all questions or issues that arrive, we will PERSONALLY HANDLE for you.

Need a recommendation on some local hikes? We ensure all guests have access to our On The Rocks DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK that will walk you through everything in the cabin and local area!

Can’t figure out how something works? If the Guidebook can’t answer your question we will PERSONALLY work through it together!

**Please note the cabin is BRAND NEW and, as such, there is still grass being planted around the lot and new homes are being built in the area.**

- Our driveway is gravel, not paved.
- The Master Bedroom is detached from the main cabin by a breezeway for complete privacy and seclusion. We absolutely love it, but it is different than most homes!
- 1x dog (no cats) allowed per stay for $80/night.
- NO SMOKING inside.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and wash cloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with one set of travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, a teapot, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig Machine. BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE!

4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a high chair, Pack-N-Play, and kids place settings.

5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a gas grill outside.

6. Do you provide fire wood? – No. The fireplace on the deck is propane. You will need to bring/buy fire wood for the outside fire pit.

7. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.

8. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

9. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well maintained and paved. The drive up to the cabin is not nearly as intimidating or scary as some cabins in the area!

10. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.

11. Is this cabin secluded? – Mostly yes. You will not have neighbors on top of you right next door, but you will be able to see other homes in the immediate area.

12. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide a 125+ channel DISH TV package that includes channels such as ESPN, HGTV, History, Nick, and Disney on our Living Room TV and Movie Theater TV.

13. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed internet with Wi-Fi.

14. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - The majority of problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Also, please ensure you have a verified ID on file.

15. How many parking spaces are there? - We have parking in front of the cabin for 4 vehicles.

16. Do you decorate for the holidays? – Yes! We decorate for Christmas between Nov-Jan each year.

17. How deep is the pool and what is it heated to? - The pool is right around 5’ deep in the deepest corner and heated to 84 degrees. We cannot heat it beyond this as it causes long-term condensation damage to the interior of the home.
