We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. Our host was gracious and communicated all expectations well. Should we return to Sevierville, this will be our first choice to stay.

Beautiful home in a great location!

This property is in a great location and convenient to Dollywood and other attractions. We loved it and will stay again. The pictures online show how beautiful the place is. We were all pleased with this property.

A mother and daughters getaway weekend

Our stay here was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more. The room situation was perfect. My four daughters stayed in the two rooms upstairs and I was able to have some peace and quiet in my room downstairs. Brandon was extremely helpful. We would definitely rent this place again if we come back to Gatlinburg.

Beautiful home. Very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Easy check in and out. Plenty of parking. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Girls Trip

Absolutly amazing! Three bedrooms, three baths! With it just being us two ladies on a girls trip, i was a little concerned as to be in a safe place....not on the back side of a mountain somewhere. This was perfect! Clean, well decorated, kitchen well stocked, close to center of town. Wonderful!

We will definitely stay here again!

This is a great property in a wonderful location! King sized beds in all three bedrooms were a plus! HUGE shower in the master bathroom was great! While this property isn't listed as handicap, my Mom was able to navigate the property with minor assistance. Our family enjoyed a fun long weekend at this property. We will definitely stay here again in the future; we are already looking for available dates for our next trip!

Sevierville Retreat

This condo was clean, modern and comfortable. Even better than we expected. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our host was attentive and accommodating and immediately available. Check in was so easy! We will consider this condo again and recommend it!

Excellent vacation home!

We had a fantastic stay at Gray’s Landing. Since this was our second time to stay at this property, we knew what to expect. It was exactly as our previous stay over a year ago. We only had one issue and our host was quick to answer our call and quickly worked on a remedy. We love everything about this rental, especially the location. It’s close to everything and it’s behind the parkway so you can miss most of the terrible parkway traffic! I’m sure we will be staying again in the future!!!

Family Tradition

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s conveniently located to DillyWood and other attractions. It has the perfect amount of space for our family to spread out, yet gather together with one another. We have stayed here before and was pleased to know that it was available for our last stay. The property owner was friendly and available for questions and concerns. We hope to stay here again soon. One recommendation would be to have a shower chair for the main bedroom. My mom uses a wheelchair and that would have been beneficial for her stay. Thank you again for opening your home up to our family.

Super cute but only 2.5 baths and 3 beds

The listing states 3.5 full bathrooms but the upstairs bedroom share a shower. There are only 2 showers. There was also only 3 beds. No complaints other than that. This trip was mostly women plus my husband so it wasn’t a huge deal to share showers and 2 people to share a bed, but if it would have been multiple couples, it would have been an issue. It’s super cute, well stocked with kitchen appliances and very convenient. We will stay here again in the future when it’s just a few of us girls, but I do feel the importance of sharing the shower situation. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Best place ive probably ever stayed!

I'm a little OCD about cleanliness. We have a dog, but I shy away from staying in pet-friendly places, because sometimes, that can mean they're not cleaned very well. That was definitely not the case for this home! I was so surprised at how clean the bathrooms & beds were! Even the floors & couches were clean & free of pet hair! I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, that I didn't have at LEAST a slight urge to wear my shower shoes, inside the shower. I never felt like that at this place. And the towels & dishes were clean too! The ONLY reason I rated the overall cleanliness as a 4, is b/c there was a bit of a mess under the kitchen sink, inside the cabinets, it was pretty dusty on the living room mantle, & there was quite a bit of dust bunnies & hair inside the closets & laundry room floors. Just needed a good Spring cleaning. Other than that, I honestly had no complaints! This place was absolutely amazing & accommodated our extended family well. We chose to go to yhe Smokies for Christmas this year, & my family went, my husband's sister's family, & their mother. We all enjoyed ourselves & had a great time. Communication with the owner was awesome. We had a slight issue on the first day, & they promptly helped us with that situation & went above & beyond expectations. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very nice, & it was great that there was a washer & dryer for us. We loved the instahot water heater, as well. We would definitely stay again! oors & counches!

Came over for a girls weekend with my daughter in law and young daughter. I found this listing last minute and got so lucky!!! Paid the price I would for a motel room and got a full blown modern day farm house with three beds and 3 baths. Not to mention the other accommodation. Met all our needs! Absolutely perfect!!!! Recommend 10/10!!!! Property manager super nice and on point. Money well spent and lucky to have found the place! Absolutely love it!
