If you are looking for a quiet, enjoyable place to stay but is close to all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer then Bear Haven is your getaway retreat! It is perfect for Honeymooners, family vacation or if you are just looking for somewhere peaceful to go for the weekend.

Relax outside on the deck in the hot tub or seating area. The deck has privacy fencing and is covered.

We have a double sided fireplace in the living room which can also be viewed from the master bedroom. There is also comfortable seating in the living room with a big screen cable TV for your enjoyment!

Here is our cancellation policy: If a guest would like to cancel their reservation, the refund will be as follows:
100% if cancelled 30 days or more prior to check in date.
50% if cancelled 14 days or more (up to 30 days) prior to check-in date
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to check in date.

Lovely Cabin and Experience
This was my first time using Vrbo or a home rental, and it was a wonderful experience. The home was as described, and even though I feel it was better suited for a couple, my mom and I found it to suit our needs. Area was good (though not sure that I would pick it in mid winter due to the steep hills). It had everything we needed aside from a baking sheet (which we improvised with foil). I will definitely come back with my husband.

Wonderful Stay!
We loved this property! It was clean and the location was amazing. Less than 10 minutes away from Pigeon Forge strip. If you’re wanting that cabin, mountain stay experience, this is the place! It’s quiet and we had absolutely no problems with noise or neighbors. Plus there is a pool! The host was very quick to respond to any questions and provided helpful information for the surrounding area! There was enough dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper to last us our 3 day trip, which was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to go back!

Cute Little Humble Abode
We jam packed our stay in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with many excursions thanks to the price of this cabin. It was always a comfortable, safe space to come back to each evening! We even have a fantastic view of Dollywood’s firework show each night. Lisa (the owner) is a great communicator. You can’t go wrong booking this space!

Great Location!
Location and ease to Dollywood was awesome! The cabin was a perfect size for the 2 of us and we loved sitting on the back deck while the crazy thunderstorm and rain was happening. Bed was nice, towels were soft and we were so tired from the days activity's that we didnt get to use the hot tub, maybe next time. We did use the washer and dryer and thank you for the starter soap!! Thanks for having us!!

This Property is Extremely Convenient to Dollywood
The cabin is, as it says in the title, extremely convenient for those visiting Dollywood and also very close to Pidgeon Forge. The cabin is as advertised with the only two negative things to say is that the water pressure was very low and streaming speeds were slow. Neither of these two things were deal breakers for us and next time that we go back to visit Dollywood, this rental will be one that we check availability first.

Discouraged stay
We was very discouraged with our stay at this cabin, The internet, was very poor as well as the TV stations. Our bathroom toilet backed up twice which we had to run in to store to get plunger. We found some towels that had smoke smell on them as well as a ash tray out by hot tub. This cabin was supposed to be a smoke free cabin. We was also disappointed that we didn't hear from the cabin host at all asking about our stay, how it was going, etc. We have decide that a 5 star motel would be better for us in the near future.

This cabin is a treat! Dollywood convenience unmatched
If you are going to Dollywood, this cabin is a treat and sooooo close and convenient. The host was a great communicator. The cabin and surroundings were charming and seemed bigger to me than in the pictures. Only recommendation would be to let the host know if you plan to use the pullout couch as a bed so that the cleaners can prepare it ahead of time. This was super minor and more of a heads up - a total five stars overall!
