Garden House - Costa Vicentina - Alentejo Coast

Situated in the historic center of the friendly village of Cercal, at the crossroads of 2 routes of the Vicentina route. Cercal is centrally located in close proximity to the beaches of Vila Nova de Milfontes, Malhão, Pessegueiro Island and Porto Côvo (about 15 minutes by car). In the region you can also enjoy the scenery whether on hiking, mountain biking or horse riding.
Casa do jardim is an apartment with good natural light, private terrace with barbecue and located opposite the market where you can buy fresh fish and fruits. There is also in front of the house a garden with children's playground.
Consisting of two bedrooms (one double room with private bathroom, one single room and a sofa bed). There is also a service bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge and toaster. Joint living room with kitchen, fireplace (with firewood available in autumn and winter), flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

Cercal était notre centre pour explorer la campagne et les villages autour. L’appartement était parfait et la terrasse nous permettait de terminer nos journées en toute zenitude. Seul point faible c’est le matelas à ressort.

Für Familien nicht optimal
Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von tollen Stränden entfernt. Auch kleine Supermärkte und Cafés sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad sind der Beschreibung entsprechend und völlig ok. Das zweite Schlafzimmer allerdings war für uns nicht nutzbar. Es hat ein Fenster, das mit Textil zugestopft ist und sich nicht öffnen lässt. Es war stickig und muffig darin. Unser Kind schlief dann auf dem Schlafsofa in der Wohnküche. Die Terasse ist toll, liegt allerdings an einer Durchgangsstrasse. Warmes Wasser hatten wir erst nach 2 Nachfragen beim Vermieter.

O terraço é óptimo para aproveitar o fim de tarde e noite!! Além de que a casa estava impecavelmente limpa. Perto do centro do cercal, com cafés, restaurantes, supermercados perto. Obrigada pelas férias em família!

não dá para uma familia de 5 pessoas
Um quarto interior muito pequeno, um sofá cama com pouca higiene e muito pequeno e a casa com muita falta de utensilios para a cozinha. Uma casa que dificilmente alojará 5 pessoas com comodidade. A casa está preparada para 3, 4 sendo SEMPRE 2 crianças menores. Eu pessoalmente não gostei e não vou voltar a repetir.
