"The hotel is falling to pieces and needs urgent refurbishing. My toilet didn´t flush, I had practically no hot water, the lighting in the room is awful, the carpets in the corridors are disgusting, the sink was filthy, the TV offered no sports channels, no films and only bizzare religious channels plus some right wing extremist channels. First hotel in my life without CNN !!! You obviously don't give a damn about your clients. "
