Never again!

The hotel is falling to pieces and needs urgent refurbishing. My toilet didn´t flush, I had practically no hot water, the lighting in the room is awful, the carpets in the corridors are disgusting, the sink was filthy, the TV offered no sports channels, no films and only bizzare religious channels plus some right wing extremist channels. First hotel in my life without CNN !!! You obviously don't give a damn about your clients.

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã muito simples. Funcionários cordiais, principalmente da equipe do restaurante. Só não gostei que tive que sair antes e não tive nenhuma opção de reembolso ou usar a diária para uma próxima estadia. Perdi dinheiro, então pouco provável que fico no Hotel novamente.

Hotel bem antigo, precisando de uma reforma geral. Não tem academia.Café da manhã deixa a desejar, falta muita coisa. As tomadas para recarregar o celular muito mal posicionadas e da mesma forma o suporte para papel higiênico no banheiro. Pedimos pratos no jantar que levaram mais de uma hora para ficar prontos e o garçom nem a água trouxe, sendo que o restaurante estava praticamente vazio. Ainda para piorar a camareira que limpou o quarto, levou as figurinhas da copa que tinha acabado de comprar para o meu filho. Cobraram preço de diária de hotel 5 estrelas para oferecer um serviço ruim.

Foi uma boa , mas poderia ser melhor, precisa melhorar a limpeza do banheiro, no quarto nao tem tv a cabo, no hotel poderia ter ima sala de tv com canais a cabo, para melhor comodidade dos hóspedes, localização muito boa, shopping próximo, café da manhã muito bom, os funcionários do café poderia serem mais simpático.

A pior acomodação que já fiquei em Brasilia, talvez a da minha vida, 3 diárias e nunca limparam o meu quarto, wifi não funcionava mesmo reclamando, o banheiro você toma banho e a agua empossa e vai para o quarto, tomadas quebradas e com a fiação aparente podendo causar acidente, 30 pessoas aguardando checkout e apenas uma atendente, garrafa de agua aberta dentro do frigobar, moveis do quarto caindo aos pedaços.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, de frente para o shopping, o quarto do hotel é muito bom, camas e roupas de cama confortáveis, mas o banheiro estava muito deteriorado. Não saia água direito no chuveiro, não aquecia, pra tomar banho quente era só com água pingando, não tem local para colocar os itens pessoais no box, a torneira não tinha registro, era só o pino pra girar. Não houve serviço de quarto no primeiro dia, no segundo só teve pois pedimos na recepção. O café da manhã é bom. No geral é bom, mas o banheiro precisa melhorar muito.
