Holiday rental in Sète: two-room apartment of 33m2 of living space, panoramic view of the sea with a large terrace of 25m2 with garden furniture. Its orientation is South. 3rd floor (no elevator.) The beaches are in front of the residence (50m). Shops are 500m away. sofa bed and two places, television in the living room, a kitchen area (with 4 hotplates, fridge, microwave). In the bedroom, there is a bed for 2 people. The bathroom includes a shower, a sink, WC and storage. You will also find cupboards in the entrance. The residence is very pleasant and wooded. Private parking at No. 79, closed by an automatic gate. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towels (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 90€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.

Séjour Sète face à la mer

Appartement très bien situé avec vue imprenable face à la plage, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur (3ème étage) et manque la Climatisation du fait il faut laisser le fenêtre de chambre ouverte et baie pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur Mais Inconvénient le bruit de la circulation du boulevard en dessous très fréquenté ( scooters, motos, véhicules bruyants)
