"A studio in a residential building, in a quiet part of Sestriere. Secure underground parking with lock. Comfortable and well equipped.The concierge Elena, is especially lovely and helpful. She speaks perfect English (and French and Italian, of course!)"

Poor response and many deficiencies
"No wifi, broken shower doors, no bedside lighting, front door difficult to open, broken bathroom sink drain stopper, insufficient number of electrical outlets, and slow response from property owner after arrival. Avoid this place and all Happy Rental properties."
