The 90 square meter big apartment was completely renovated and made functional, extremely bright and peaceful, it is situated on the mezzanine (without elevator) of a three-floor structure located on a private and residential street, far from the noises of traffic but at the same time centered regarding beaches and historic center, which are only a few hundred meters apart thanks to the railway underpass that connects the area with the center of the city (about 500 meters); furthermore, finding a parking lot in the area in which it is located is effortless.







The apartment has air conditioning, heating, internet connection in optical fiber with Wi-Fi and is composed of an ample entrance, a large kitchen diner with a washing machine, dishwasher, television, and gas stove with an oven; a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa with a 32-inch television equipped with Chromecast to share your content directly from your smartphone or tablet; a big double bedroom with two wide and bright windows, a second bedroom that can be arranged with a single double-bed or two single-beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Furthermore, the apartment also has a terrace and private rock paved garden with direct access to the street through an exclusive gate.

The apartment is very bright, and its position offers privacy and peace, but by just going out and walking a few steps you can find yourself immediately immersed in the liveliness of the city center, leaving you spoiled for choice between bars, restaurants, and stores without forgetting the beauty of the bays Baia del Silenzio and delle Favole that make Sestri Levante famous.

Very average property and complicated payment procedure

Surprised at lack of ability to accept credit cards which added unnecessary complication to procedure. Entry info issued say before via email (when we were already on holiday and not guaranteed to be available on e-mail). Location nice. Apartment average. Most communication was about refuse collection and the kitchen housed 5 separate bins. Very surprised to find a broken wine opener and NO red wine glasses (in Italy?). Would find it hard to recommend this property to anyone I knew
