"The hotel was very nice and as expected, good breakfast and the food from the restaurant was first class. Travelling as a family a big draw of this accomodation was the pool. This was not the cheapest hotel around I figured this to be because it had a pool. I was a little surprised (albeit not the for the first time I'm Italy) that the pool was extra charge, and not a small amount either. "Very clean and tidy in a good location close to downtown. Everything we needed was there, and the owners are very thoughtful and nice, providing comprehensive information on how to access the property. I checked out a bit late and the owner lady told me to take time and no rush, definitely will be my first open if to visit Bologna again. "

"Family room (junior suite) was superb. Massive space. The 2 single beds for children are in fact a clever sofa bed which becomes a bunk bed. The adults had 2 queen beds together, making the largest bed I have ever seen.
Breakfast was decent enough given the price. Walked to Bologna station to catch a train to Ravenna for a cruise."

"The studio apartment was spacious with a kitchen, king sized bed, lounge suite, a kettle - hallejuiah, bar fridge with local wines, cleaned and fresh towels delivered every day. Airconditioning was fantastic. We could pop out pick up our mortadello, parmagiana reggiano, baguettes etc. and be able to prep a meal in the apartment. Walking distance to Bologna station if you would like to go to the Ferrari museum."
"We had a triple prestige room for my wife, daughter (15) and myself. There was ample space and the beds were comfy.
The included breakfast was very good, but it didget busy towards the end of service.
The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up.
The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."
