Staff were pleasant and helpful, only thing that really lets the hotel down is the bar. The bar itself is fine but the seating isn’t very welcoming. "My flight landed late at night and a hotel representative said the lobby was manned 24/7. I was grateful to arrive just after midnight and be called by my name and quickly checked-in and sent to my room. It's an older hotel but clean and sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is GREAT to explore the Old Town area of Bologna (easy 15-ish minute walk) and about a 5 minute walk to the train station. "

"Super friendly staff and all of them very helpful, helped with directions to the Ducati museum, which bus to take downtown, selling bus tickets in the lobby and the morning cappuccinos! Very quiet and beds were perfectly firm. Location was very good for our activities and there was a very good restaurant nearby. Since the Ducati factory was closed so we couldn't take that tour we are obviously coming back and will stay here again for sure. Oh yeah, breakfast was very good too!"
