Our apartment is newly built. It is conveniently situated close to the beach (50 mts.), but away from the noise, in a very quiet area.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the upper floor there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for the care and entertainment of children: cot, toys.
It also has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle.
It has air conditioning (hot and cold) as well as wifi Internet connection.
We have an indoor private parking space and bicycles.

Amazing property
Great flat with all the amenities and I mean it - aircon, hairdryer, toaster, blender, you name it. It has a lovely balcony where you dine and spend most of your time... Excellent host - very helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing location - Colonia is a lovely little town, slightly upmarket compared to other resorts yet charming. The flat is in the quiet street 1 min from the beach and promenade. There is a supermarket, a fruit store, a pizzeria and a pharmacy within a 2 min walk.

Tolles Apartment in guter Lage
Das Apartment ist genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Tolle Raumaufteilung, sehr gute Ausstattung, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut, neue und bequeme Matratzen. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich. Ein sehr schöner großer Balkon. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Parken konnte man in der Tiefgarage. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nur 50m entfernt ist die Hafenpromenade mit einigen Restaurants und Geschäften. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell über WhatsApp. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durch das Apartment geführt und haben zur Umgebung viele Tipps bekommen. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment sehr gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank für einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und liebe Grüße an Joan.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit der schönen Umgebung
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung gehabt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben alles, was man im Urlaub braucht da gefunden. Uns fehlte nichts. Umgebung ist auch schön. Die geographische Lage von Colonia Sant Jordi macht ist besonders und macht es Stadt attraktiv. Bis zu Strand und Promenade dauert es nur wenige Minuten. Die Geschäfte liegen ganz in der Nähe von der Wohnung. Besonders hah uns empfohlenen von Joan Gemüseladen gefallen 🙂

schöne Ferienwoche in Colonia Sant Jordi
Die Wohnung ist genau so gewesen, wie beschrieben! Sie war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern dort und haben uns die Woche über sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Hafen mit der Promenade und vielen kleinen Cafés und Restaurants sind es nur wenige Minuten. Colonia Sant Jordi ist ein toller Ausgangsort um den Südosten der Insel zu erkunden.

It does not get any better!
We love Colonia de Sant Jordi and have been there many times. This time, however, we also had the perfect vacation home. A beautiful apartment that even exceeded our expectations, an incredibly kind and caring host who took great care of us. Everything super clean! Great beds! A beautiful lodgia with lounge area and dining table AND a sun terrace. We have recovered very well and are sad that the time passed so quickly. We will be back and recommend! Thank you very much Joan!

Tolle Lage, klasse Wohnung und super Gastgeber
Diese Wohnung ist ein wirklicher Geheimtipp. Genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgelichtet. Sauber und ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist klasse. Sogar ein Espressobereiter ist vorhanden ;-) Die Lage der Wohnung war zentral zum Meer, zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Geheimtipps in Sachen kulinarischer Genuss. Das Meer war direkt um die Ecke ;-) sowie in Sichtweite (von Dachterasse und Balkon aus). Für Urlaub mit Kindern top. Joan ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns im Vorwege mit vielen Informationen versorgt, bspw einer Busverbindung, um mit dem Tib Bus sprich ohne Taxi nach Colonia zu gelangen. Vor Ort hat er uns direkt empfangen, uns in die Wohnung eingeführt und uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt. Die Kommunikation lief absolut reibungslos. Vielen Dank lieber Joan. Wir kommen wieder. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Appartment in Strandnähe
Das Appartment war wirklich außerordentlich sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Joan lief reibungslos, er ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns abends spät noch in das Appartment gelassen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn man sich selbstversorgen will. Gewürze sollte man mitbringen. Strandequipment ist auch vorhanden. Das Kinderzimmer brauchten wir nicht. Das Schlafzimmer zur Dachterasse hat uns am besten gefallen, da kann man den Himmel vom Bett aus sehen. Man kann auf der Dachterasse wunderbar sonnenbaden. Auf er überdachten Terasse unten kann man gut Frühstücken, kommt aber leider keine Sonne hin. Während wir da waren, war es ruhig, weil die anderen Wohnungen nicht belegt waren, darüber wie es in der Hochsaison ist kann keine Aussage gemacht werden. Kleinere Einkäufe direkt um die Ecke. Großeinkauf wenn man Auto hat immer in Campos bei Lidl oder Aldi

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir waren für 8Tage zu Gast in dem Apartment in Colonia. Die Wohnung hat definitiv dazu beigetragen, dass es ein gelungener Urlaub war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen und einer zum Chillen einladenden Lounge. Einfach toll! Die Küche ist mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien sehr gut ausgesttatet. Auch einladend die Dachterrasse mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an Joan, der ein hervorragender Gastgeber war.

Wir haben die Tage in dem tollen Apartment von Joan sehr genossen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Joan war ein prima Gastgeber, der uns persönlich empfangen hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Unsere erwachsenen Kinder haben sich ebenfalls in der großzügig gestalteten und sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die zwei zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder, die ganz kurzfristig noch von Joan repariert wurden... dafür noch nachträglich herzlichen Dank! Sehr schönes,großes und sehr gut ausgestattes Apartment
Wir haben uns in diesem großzügigen Doppelappartement mit der sehr guten Ausstattung sehr wohl gefühlt.Der große Balkon und die Dachterrasse machten alles komplett. Mit der zentralen Lage ( trotzdem ruhig) konte man im Ort alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen ( Promenaden,Strand,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Restaurants,Arzt etc. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche ,wir haben es genossen. Einen lieben Dank an unseren Gastgeber Joan !
