"Really wonderful hotel, three nights here provided an amazing opportunity to relax. Wonderful area by the pool and fantastic seaview restaurant. Very welcoming staff and lovely clean rooms. Short walk to a small town with great restaurants, although you're well provided for at the hotel. Nearby is the iberostar where we also considered staying, which has a great rooftop bar worth visiting, but overall very glad that we stayed at the Grand Leon because the overall atmosphere and space to unwind...

The hotel/apartments are in a great location within easy walking fistance from beach, bars/restaurants, town & coadral walks we loved it. Our apartment was larger than expected, very well presented beds were very comfortable. "Property itself was lovely. Pool, rooms and additional sections like breakfast, spa, gym (and the World Cup on) was all amazing. Welcoming staff were great as well, only staff issue we found was at the poolside bar lunch spot, you would be waiting a long time to be served and often forgotten about. However lovely hotel. One thing to note; room was not wide enough for how long bed was so kept feeling too tight to get from one side of the room to the other, but very modern and had everything needed for a good stay."
