"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly, communicative, and helpful from check-in to the restaurant service. However, I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, and I wouldn’t consider this one fully all-inclusive. Cocktails were premixed, and there was an extra charge for well drinks, snacks like chips and candy, which I found unusual for this kind of resort. "Lovely clean modern hotel apartments. 1 bedroom very large, sound proof, 2 sofa beds, 2 balcony’s good air conditioning. Pool decent size, football pitch, play area and cafe . Left little space for sun beds and guests get up in the early hours to put their towels on them. All gone before 7am!! Don’t stoop that low and explore / sunbathe beyond the four walls of the hotel. Much nicer. "
