Slow response from staff was a disappointment. Was a challenge to charge 4 phones. No AC prompted us to purchase a fan as the only window goes out to an outside hall far from any breeze. "This is a fantastic house in a great location for Disneyland and getting into Paris. The house is clean and modern. 20 min walk to Disneyland we did it with 3 children and a pushchair. The area the house is in feels safe when walking around. The beds are so comfortable and the children loved the secret tunnel from their room into ours.
