This delightful 120 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is perfect for those who wish to relax and enjoy the city's rural ambience. This inviting home blends modern comfort with rural charm, offering a truly relaxing retreat for all guests.

The living space offers a warm and inviting seating area, perfect for guests to relax and enjoy a film after exploring the city. With a homely atmosphere and plenty of seating, it's the ideal place to relax and recharge.

The kitchen has been designed with a charming, rustic touch, creating a cosy space for guests to gather, share meals, and enjoy each other's company. It is fully equipped with all the essential cooking utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

There are four bedrooms carefully decorated in a rustic country style, three of them with comfortable double beds and one with bunk beds.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property also offers an electric car charger 90 metres away from the property. Canoes, pedal boats with a trailer for river adventures, paddle boards for some water fun, and bicycles for exploring the picturesque surroundings are also available on request.

Cleaning will take place before your scheduled arrival.

Sernancelhe offers several natural and cultural attractions for visitors to explore. Just 500 meters from the property, you'll find an unsupervised river beach, ideal for a refreshing dip. If you prefer a guarded river beach, there is one 2 km away and another 6 km away. For nature lovers, the Távora Walkways offer scenic walks along the river. Don't miss the Vila da Ponte River Beach for a leisurely day by the water. In addition, the historic Igreja da Lapa is a must-see attraction for those interested in architecture and history.

The local gastronomy in Sernancelhe is rich and diverse, with plenty of options for all tastes. The Convento de Freixinho offers a unique gastronomic experience in a historic setting. For meat lovers, the A Tarracha restaurant is known for its delicious picanha. If you're in the mood for a more casual meal, Pizaria Lopes serves tasty pizzas that will please everyone.

Sernancelhe is a vibrant region that celebrates various traditional festivals throughout the year. The festivities are especially lively on August 15th. In the fall, São Martinho is celebrated with a traditional magusto. Two weeks after Easter, the region celebrates with various activities and events that reflect the rich local culture.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
