"Rooms clean. Staff friendly on arrival and departure Saved our bags the next day which was great Only 1 plug in bedroom & 1 in the bathroom - for a family of 3 we managed for 1 night. Eco friendly hotel which was nice to see and makes you use less water etc 20 to funicular. 10 mins from train station No noise from trains which was good "

"We truly enjoyed our stay here! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the lake. A special thank you to the staff, who were so sweet and accommodating throughout our visit. A couple of small things that could be improved for a 4-star experience: the AC system felt a bit dated and was difficult to adjust for comfort. Additionally, we found the breakfast selection to be a bit disappointing compared to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Overall, we loved our time here and would certainly stay again!"
