Impiana KLCC exceeded my expectations with excellent service and a prime location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff, especially Karen, was professional and attentive. She helped fix my reservation mistake and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur—just a short walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC Mall, with easy access to public transport. For anyone wanting to experience the heart of KL, Impiana KLCC offers great service and unbeatable convenience. Highly recommended for leisure and business travelers. Great place! Very convenient location. Host was very friendly and responsive.

The room and building are fantastic. The bed was huge and comfortable. We made good use of the washing machine. The view from the room and top deck is worth a look - and it was nice to be able to take a cooling dip in the pool. We didn’t need the kitchen but the extra space with couch was a nice break. Tip: The left switch outside the bathroom controls the hot water for the shower - missed that first time through. Easy walking distance to Petronas towers - enjoyed the water show. Longer walk to KL tower - the adjacent ECO tree top walk was fun - series of hanging bridges with about a dozen monkeys playing in them as we arrived.

The room was spotless the staff were very good very very good for the price good value close to the MRT and a large shopping mall just a short walk away
