The restroom door was broken, and no soap was provided for the bathtub. I requested it and asked for it to be placed in the room while I was out, but upon my return, nothing had been provided. Furthermore, the bathtub did not meet expectations."

"Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "
