Great place for the family

Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. Big yard for the kids, pool patio bbq. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend this place to a family traveling with kids. Thank you

Yeni açilmis bir tesis , tum esyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Bahcesi ve mutfagi eksiksiz, barbeku mutfak esyalari mevcut. Ilgi ve alaka ust duzey. Acik bufe kahvaltisi cok lezzetli ve yeterli. It is a new facility and all furnitures are new and in good condition. Property has a wonderful garden with pool and barbeque. Kitchen tools are in good condition. Open buffet breakfast was faboulus.

Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen.

Das einzige was wirklich aufgefallen ist waren die sitze im außenbereich die nicht mehr die neusten sind, der Garten war ungepflegt dazu war der volle müll vom vorherigen Gast nicht entsorgt worden, die steckdosen waren lose.Sonst war der Innenbereich sauber,die elektrischen Geräte haben funktioniert.

Positiv: + Es wurde ein vielfältiges offenes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. + Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben versucht soweit es geht unseren Wünschen nachzugehen. + Die Umgebung der Villa wurde sehr schön mit Palmen und andere Pflanzen beschmückt. Negativ: - Der Weg zur Vitalgöl Sapanca war ein Albtraum. Die letzten 1-2 km sind mit vielen kleinen und großen Schlaglöchern. Unser SUV war vollbeladen und zusätzlich mit einem Dachbox. Musste jede Schlagloch ausweichen, damit ich keinen Platten kriege. - Der Pool wurde ca 1 Stunde vor unserer Ankunft mit Chlorsalz befüllt und war auch nicht komplett aufgelöst. Erst nach 4-5 Stunden sollte man eigentlich ins Pool rein, damit der Körper nicht überempfindlich dagegen reagiert. Also könnten wir im ersten Tag erst ab 17-18 Uhr ins Pool. Somit haben wir den ersten Tag quasi umsonst bezahlt. :( - In der Villa gab es viele Beschädigungen und Schäden. Bevor man neue Gäste empfängt sollte man eigentlich die behoben haben, damit ersten nicht die neue Gäste beschuldigt werden, und zweitens die neuen Gäste schlechtes Bild von der Villa bekommen. - Am meisten hat mich am Pool und Terrasse die Holzbeläge gestört, die an meisten Stelle sich gelöst und beschädigt haben. Weil die Schrauben und Nägel Kontakt mit dem Wasser kriegen, waren alle verrostet. Sollte man sich dort verletzen und mit den rostigen Schrauben in Kontakt kommen, können gefährliche Krankheiten auftreten. - Die Bambuszeune müssen an einigen Stellen erneuert werden

Çarşaflar banyo lavabolar mutfak temizdi mutfakta ihtiyacınız olan herşey neredeyse hepsi vardı sadece ısıtmalı havuz bir gün çok sıcaktı ayarlaması sonradan yapıldı kahvaltı taze ürünler servis edildi beklemiş ürün yoktu sadece şömine için odun u kendi paramız ile almak zorunda kaldık bunun dışında herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi.

Kahvaltı yeter düzeydeydi ancak çok lezzetli bir içerik beklememekte fayda var. Odalar temizdi. Her yer oldukça yeniydi. İhtiyaçlarımız karşılandı. Göle yakın mesafede oluşu ayrıca keyifli. Isıtmalı havuz olan villayı tercih etmiştik. Mayıs ayı sonundaki rezervasyonumuzda havuza girme kolaylığı sağladı. Oldukça keyifli bir 3 gün geçirdik

50 kg. Cane corsom ve eşimle gittik. Müstakil tatil evimiz bahçesi ve havuzu ile mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi, odalar tertemizdi. Isıtma, soğutması ile yaz kış kafa dinlenenilecek bir mekan. Çok küçük evdeki aksaklıklara da aile işletmesi olan gençler hemen müdahale ettiler. Teşekkür ederiz.

Vital Göl Ailesi’ne çok teşekkür ederiz. 2 gün boyunca çocuklarmiz birlikte konakladık ve çok keyif aldık. Sıcak havuz, evin ısısı, kahvaltı, bahçe ve konum gerçekten çok güzeldi. Ev tertipli ve tertemizdi. Konuma giden yol biraz bozuk ama umarız ileride düzelir. Kapı ve pencerelerde küçük teknik detaylar dışında hiçbir eksiği yoktu. Personel çok ilgiliydi, aile işletmesi olduğu zaten hissediliyor. İstediğimiz her an ulaşabildik ve çok güzel ağırlandık. Tekrar gelmek isteriz, emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ederiz

Eşim iki çocuğum ve kopegimizle konakladık. Odalar çok temiz kahvaltı taptaze konum olarak çok ideal bir yerde. İki yaş çocuklarımız için park yatak temin ettiler bahçesi kocaman ve çok kullanışlı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Hafta sonu için güzel değerlendirdik çok teşekkürler. Sadece otele giden yol çok bozuk bayağı bozuk. Havuz çok sıcaktı akşam ve gece ideal ancak gündüz girilemeyecek kadar sıcaktı. Mutfağında ihtiyaç olabilecek her şey var. Ailecek geçirdiğimiz güzel bir konaklama oldu teşekkürler.
