"The place was very clean and I appreciated the host. I was expecting a long clean up list only to find they didnt have one for when i was leaving so my morning was pretty relaxing. The place is very small and cute. Only this is the place is built for someone taller and there is a step stool but it took me a minute to find it since it was behind the bar stool."

"Eight teacher friends spent the weekend by the river. We had plenty of space to spread out, yet we also had ample space to congregate! The view of the river was so relaxing and beautiful. The owner lives next door, and she was very accommodating. She has done a terrific job with all of the landscaping. Everything outside was so pretty and peaceful. "We had such an awesome stay. This was a last minute change of plans due to some very difficult circumstances. And man, was it a wonderful consolation prize. We spent half our time cozied up in the cabin while our children explored and played in it. The other half, we explored the outdoors. I highly recommend going to Thatchers bbq and Rafael’s Italian. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this quiet spot. We kayaked the lake without disturbances and only saw a handful of other people on the water. But be prepared to get muddy on your way down into the water. We enjoyed the provided firewood and fire pit area and having somewhere clean and cozy to sleep. The provided coffee and snacks were awesome. Would definitely come back! Thank you!"

The internet was too slow for streaming shows in the bedroom without interruption, but it worked perfectly fine upstairs in the loft/living area. Overall we were happy with our stay. "

"This location was great. The cabin had everything we needed. We encountered a few bugs, but thats to be expected when you're out in the woods. The creek was bone dry, but it was a very short walk to a public access area at the river. My kids loved it so much. They got to wake up and play outside right away every morning.
